UPDATE: I am changing my review of Skullcandy. Skullcandy not only shipped out new headphones, but didn't charge me for the replacement pair once they received my return. My Granddaughter was not able to use these on her trip, but at least I will have her Christmas present. Even though it was work on my side to repackage and take to UPS and pay to print, as I do not have a printer, Skullcandy made up for this inconvenience by not charging me for the second pair. The second pair has arrived, it was still in a bubble package, which alarmed me, but the box was not crushed this time. Thank you Skullcandy. Ordered EVO CRUSHER headphones from Skullcandy. The headphones were for my granddaughter so that she could have headphones on the airplane. It was to be an early Christmas present. The headphones are packaged in a "cereal box" type packaging from Skullcandy. They sent them in a bubble envelope. The headphones were crushed. I had to send back and now my granddaughter will not get her headphones. Still no refund, but have tracking on the return slip they emailed to me. You would think that this company would care about the packaging of their products and their customers. Very disappointed. Their mistake became my work.

I am a happy Crusher Evo owner. I kept in touch with Skullcandy Customer Support to understand if my beloved Crusher Evo Headphones were compatible with a specific DAC, and in short time I received the ok. What more to say ? Great Stuff and Great People out there !! As we say in Italy: BRAVI !!!

To start with I like Skullcandy Headphones, I've had many over the years, My problem is with my recent experience. Back around 10/12/2025 my Method 360 fell apart in my ear. The glue failed holding it together. Accidents happen. I talked to customer service was told to ship them back to them. After a week i was given a rebate for $100 when they now cost $130. Customer service was great and changed the rebate to the $130 with free shipping so i wasn't out of pocket. This is when the issues started. I placed an order on 10/22/25 for a replacement. I waited and waited until 11/4 when i was finally told after talking with customer service a few times that my order had mysteriously been canceled and no one knew why. Bummer. I was given a new discount code and told just to order it again. Placed a new order that same day 11/4 and waited, checked with customer service a few times and was told it was still coming. Until finally on 11/19 they admitted that mysteriously this 2nd order had been cancelled again. I was given a 3rd code and told to just order it again. When I asked if i could get any assurances that the order would actually be completed or expedited for the inconvenience I was told to allow 4-5 days for processing and that was it. I would have liked to just send this in an email but the only way I could find other then the online chat to talk to skullcandy is by leaving a review. Like i started with I like Skullcandy but this whole experience has definitely frustrated me
Update.After posting this I was emailed by customer service and they both apologized and let me know that my newest order has shipped and provided a tracking number.

I used "crusher" headphones for 4 months straight with no let off (yes I slept with them also) and they still work as they should.
They have stood the test of time and for the price they are unbeatable

Bought a set of Method 360âs for $129. After a couple of months L earbud stopped working. Filed warranty claim online and paid $28 to have them shipped back for repair. They sent me a code for $100 to buy a new pair. So to buy another identical pair i have to pay $29 extra plus taxes and shipping. So a $129 set of headphones has now cost $200. Rip off. I will never buy from skullcandy again and will let everyone know buyer beware

Do jot order from the website, they wont issue me a refund and to this day they still have not sent the package to UPS. Iâve contacted customer service several times about my product and they ALL ate giving me different answers and times. This is completely unacceptable and I hope the word spreads about their terrible customer service and shipping times. I should of ordered from Amazon or Best Buy (atleast they are reliable). Also the chat kicked me out and would not work again when I said I want a refund. I called and they are basically forcing me to wait. I will not wait.
