I have a skull candy train it went through an intense house fire melted it but it continues to work and charge still use it burn to hell with words

Overall, amazing customer service and a fantastic product!
I’ve been using the Skullcandy Crusher ANC 2, and I absolutely love them! The sound quality is incredible, the bass is unmatched, and the noise cancellation works great. They are super comfortable for long listening sessions, and the build quality feels solid.
The only issue I encountered was with the light blue color—it started absorbing oils from my skin and hands, which caused some discoloration. I reached out to Skullcandy’s support team, and Hanna was extremely helpful throughout the process. She guided me through different cleaning methods, but in the end, we agreed that a replacement would be the best option. Skullcandy made the exchange process smooth and hassle-free, and I received a coupon to replace my headphones.
Overall, amazing customer service and a fantastic product! If Skullcandy expands their color selection or improves the durability of lighter shades, they’d be even better. Highly recommend!

excellent products
A few days ago I bought some Indy Evo headphones on Amazon and they were defective, but thanks to Dave who found a solution to my problem, he sent me some new headphones that are completely crazy, excellent audio, the bass is very good, comfortable, the battery life is good and what I liked most was the application has many functions that help you calibrate the headphones.

I purchased some headphones and on the website it said free shipping over $49 orders. So I ordered but when I got to checkout it was charging me $15 for shipping... I figured worse case I have to pay for this even though the website says free shipping. I contacted customer service and "Raffy" was quick to respond to my email and assist with refunding me the $15 shipping charge.

BRILLIANT HEADPHONES …
I was in contact with Jerwin who treated me with the utmost respect. He understood the frustration i was experiencing with my faulty product, which i use for my training. I have purchased 3 for my family and recommend to all my colleagues. The customer service from the beginning was outstanding and swift.

I asked for a recommendation for headphones that could be used while I work out in the gym. The reply was prompt and recommended a specific model. I purchased two, one for me and one for my wife. Excellent customer service.

Good Time and Helpful
Gave good feedback and responded in a timely manner. I was missing my headphones and first the agent offered a discount on a new pair, but after further review, it was concluded that the original pair of headphones was delayed/not shipping. The agent offered a full refund or to send out another pair of headphones. This was great.
