Dishonest pricing
While I can't comment on the delivery and fulfilment quality, it is a truly outrageous business model to simply purchase goods that can be found at any supermarket or warehouse and mark up by 2-5x the retail cost. This business seems to exist solely to catch out people who are ignorant, unaware or desparate. E.g - A 200 gram bag of coffee beans which usually retails for $10.99 or $8.99 on sale going for $24.00.
Their electronics are even worse - A Lenovo PC that can be purchased directly from Lenovo at $1700 is listed for $5700. Buyer beware.

I purchased an item from Smartfox on Trademe 13th April.
I purchased an item from Smartfox on Trademe. I received nothing back. Chased them for some shipping information, and got a reply appologising fir delays due to a huge backlog. I messaged them on their website and got a message saying 5-10 days for delivery. Have lodged a complaint on Trademe. This all started on 13th April. Still nothing today (28th April) They apear to be scammers. Do not deal with them.

Item never shipped, no response to emails
Order paid for on April 11th. I queried when it would be shipped on April 16th, got a reply the following day saying the delay was caused by them "working through a large back-log of orders". I was assured my parcel would be shipped later that day.
It's now April 26th: no parcel & no response to my request for a refund.
Do not waste your time or money with this company. They are dishonest & deceitful.
