I've been using SmartInsight's e-learning, guides and templates to develop an integrated digital marketing strategy across multiple teams. All the resources have been extremely helpful and concise. The e-learning has really helped me understand what I'm doing and how to apply in the real world, so it's not just been a tickbox exercise. I feel I've developed a deeper understanding and feel much more confident about the project. This in turn is helping to get buy-in across the organisation.

Smart insights offers a fantastic range of resources for any marketing team. Whatever your experience it has been invaluable in finding best practices and new ways of working.

Last year I was on the individual membership, but as I wanted to evaluate our tech stack, I decided to upgrade this year to business membership, and I have not regretted. (I am not affiliated to SmartInsights.)

After 6 months I managed to read through all the 9 E-Learning modules, and I am new even more of a fan vs before. All content is of high value and very much up to date. (Worth much more then I paid for.)

Most of us do have little time and might underestimate how meaty some of the subjects and content are. Going through it, and adopting does take time. Your skills do not improve magically.

A pity some people do not dedicate the time to use the material, then trying to get their money back, by leaving negative reviews. Sign-up, upgrade your (and your teams) skills, grow professionally.

Conclusion: totally worth the monthly fee. But you owe it to yourself to dedicate the time on top.

You will sign up for a monthly subscription at almost $80 a month...after a short while you will realise that the upgraded resources are of no use, most of them outdated. You will decide to cancel membership and that's where the surprise comes. You will try to press "password reminder" but the email with password link will never come ( not even in spam)
..YOU can't log in, month after month you will start receiving monthly billing. After hundreds of tries and few invoices later you will be lucky to get the password. You will select option to cancel, only to see that there is no easy way to actually cancel it....you must email customer support to cancel...but WHERE iS THE EMAIL O the telephone number??? Shame on you! I will look for digital consumer rights and appropriate institutions to investigate. Hou have charged me 6 x 80$ because of that issue an you dare to say that your refund policy means no refund. Dont say it's an error, same happened on 3 different accounts...now seeing that the same happened to others, I will request for an appropriate institution to review itm

Very dishonest business practices in order to upsell their glorified business membership.

I got an annual membership as it was marketed that it would give me access to "certain resources" pertaining to the RACE framework, as soon as they had secured their money they suddenly disallowed me access to the resources only to inform me i would regain access if i BECAME A BUSINESS MEMBER, after i had just dished out £350 for resources i now had no access to.
Very dishonest and i will be taking further action as i just threw away money for something i never got.

I should have known as it is run by an "expert" in marketing, but unfortunately he is not an expert in customer service and ethical business practices.

Be very wary of this company and their policies and practices. We sent an email to them canceling the services, 6 months before the due date and now they are hounding a renewal because they state it was never received. They do not have an online method to cancel, so make sure you get a receipt or they will hound you like a bad debt collector. Some of their content is ok, but definitely not worth the cost.

I canceled my subscription 10 months before renewal. Two weeks before renewal I am told I owe another annual fee. I told the rep I had a cancellation letter approved from his finance dept, and he asked to see it. Fortunately, I saved it. His response " Thank you for that. Please excuse the email - we were unable to locate your cancelation letter due to some bugs on our system. I have now informed our operations team who have voided your contract and invoice."
What would have happened if I didn't have the email from ten months prior?

We have a Business subscription with Smart Insights and whenever we make use of it we're always delighted. A great mix of higher-level and deep-dive, well-researched and suitably organised content.

If anything, we haven't really used the subscription enough but, account management (from Eddy) is just the right balance; he makes the effort to help us find the content we'll likely find rewarding.

The upshot: there are a few options out there for agencies like ourselves and 6 months in, we're really pleased with what we get from SI.

If you're an agency, I highly recommend looking into Smart Insights. I own and run a boutique agency and wear a ton of hats. I found Smart Insights provided me with everything from advice on growing my agency as well as valuable resources that helped me continue my personal education. One of the best things about it though was the complete platform approach. It makes it very easy for me to now implement a good training regimen for my team members. I would also add that the way we approach taking in new clients is starting to change. We're able to better explain not only the process but also demonstrate the value of this which ultimately will result in increased revenue and satisfied clients.

I am delighted to have joined Smart Insights. As someone who has worked in marketing for a number of years but fairly new to digital marketing, I was looking to increase my knowledge across all areas.
