From the content on every area of digital to the online learning materials for the team - SmartInsights provides full stack resources, with hands-on, easy-to-use and issue-based articles. The best feature they’ve got? The customer support team is always there to guide you through the resources that will solve your problem.

Corporate, Digital Transformation and Ecommerce - team, solo, corporate culture and frameworks - everything is there. The best thing for larger teams is that the resources can help interdepartmental teams to be on the same page and work on common frameworks. The cheat sheets are also helpful to focus more on strategy than the formatting and internal documents.

Working now in SaaS B2B industry for InnerTrends.com I feel the need for more content, there are some resources available, some are transferable from other industries, however, I feel the need for dedicated strategies and more insights.

Dave Chaffey taught me Digital Marketing at University in 2010 so was introduced to Smart Insights quite early. I love the way the website has evolved over the years. I like the way he has set up the site and accessibility, the knowledge base there is fantastic.
I like the fact all the posts and content reflect an academician approach to the subject. Topics are referenced well, definitions are in place and love the accompanying workbooks which provides a practical approach to planning.
The Quick Wins section is great and has tons of templates and resources to use covering diverse topics.
Eddy the account manager assigned to our business membership is fantastic and very pro-active. I have often written to him asking him to point me to certain resources and he has always been quick to respond and follows it up with a phone call; making the whole experience quite personal.
I started off with a single license and now have added three more for my team. I am taking them through the RACE digital Marketing e-learning course, at the end of which we would have developed this year's plan as a team. Very excited about the future.

Not surprised to see other bad reviews here.
Not a great company. Very expensive. Content is very difficult to use because it is just volumes of text that is difficult to sort out into anything useful.
Ridiculous terms. You have to agree and pay upfront for a full year's subscription. You have to manually give notice that you DON'T want your subscription to be renewed THREE MONTHS before otherwise you locked into another years subscription that they simply will threaten you with legal action if you don't pay. No courtesy subscription renewal reminder.
