Luke is very patient and understanding, he and Fay make a great team.
In fact all the staff are super friendly with big smiles for everyone.
Great results too !!
Will certainly recommend to anyone who is a little nervous

I hadn't been to the dentist for years and was really nervous, I had my treatments done by Luk and was made to feel at ease from the first appointment, and everytime after that, everyone is so lovely. I've now finished my treatments and love my new smile, I would like to thank everyone that works there!!

Started with biting in a peach and chipping a part of my front tooth off....I would normally go to the dentist with fear. Well, I did, but left with reassurance and with brillant looking front teeth.
Moreover, after half a year being with this dentistry, we were able to replace all my older fillings, did professional tooth cleaning, did an overall withening and even a root canal treatment. Going to the dentist is still not my favourite thing on earth but at least I have clean, white and healthy looking teeth now.
His recommendations to which way or ways are the best to go feel like he is really interested in what I want to achieve.

I originally thought that getting my teeth sorted out after 50 years would be a waste of time and money ! After all I'd been living with the ones I was given for long enough to know how to live with them as they were !

Eventually my wife finally persuaded me to go and see Ash and his team as she knew how much I hated my smile, or at least how embarrassed it made me. Not that anyone ever really saw it, as I did my best to avoid smiling at all costs - I am a grumpy old Yorkshireman so that wasn't too hard anyway ! And if I did venture a self conscious smile it was usually behind a hand or closed lips.

At first I was quite nervous about the whole process, but I think one of Ash and his teams' greatest strengths is their ability to make you feel comfortable, both physically and mentally. I always felt at ease, from being warmly greeted with a lovely latte when entering the practice, to
undergoing the treatments themselves. I always felt I was in good hands, and that was important to me after experiencing some terrible dental care when I had my wisdom teeth removed many years ago.

After the initial consultation and some remedial work, I had my teeth realigned elsewhere using Invisalign. The subsequent treatments at Smile Design by Ash to correct my smile were surprisingly straightforward! I was involved in all the cosmetic decision making, from shape to texture to colour. I found Ash and Jen's advice and explanations very supportive during this process, which was important as I really didn't want an unnatural result. The treatment was also practically pain free, which surprised but delighted me !

So 6 months on, I can honestly say I don't know why I left it so late to get my teeth straightened. The smile in the mirror seems so natural now, and I'm even getting used to actually smiling - although it's taking my family and friends a bit longer to get used to it !

I have nothing but thanks and gratitude to Ash and his entire team and I would happily recommend anyone to use Smile Design by Ash to improve their smiles and their lives !'

I am 65 years old and for a very long time I had been thinking I needed to visit a specialist dentist to have a complete MOT on my teeth, however being a nervous patient I kept putting it off, necessity changed that when a day before I was due to go on holiday I needed emergency treatment on an old filling.
I visited Smile design and explained my fear of dentists, the staff were fantastic taking time to reassure me and get me through the treatment I needed.
When I returned from holiday I had a consultation with Ash who took his time in explaining all the options open to me in great detail, I needed a lot of work on my mouth to give me a trouble free smile.
After thinking about it for a week and discussing it with my family I decided not only to have all of the corrective treatments done but also have veneers to improve my smile.
Both myself and my family are delighted with the results.
I would like to finish by telling you how brave I was and overcame my fear of the dentists chair, however I would be lying, I was a nervous patient throughout.
Ash and all of his staff were extremely patient and reassuring with me every step of the way.

My girl friend has been experiencing difficulties on a crown she had about 15 months ago. She went back to the same dentist but felt the response to sort out was not good. She went to another dentist and here again same feeling that the dentist was not keen to spend sufficient time to understand the issues and give advice and was just more concerned at fees re consultation. Then she saw Ash as Smile Design . Wow what an experience indeed . Ash took time to look at things in detail..explain various options, made her feel relaxed and addressed all the issues and at end of almost an 75 min consultation she now has precisely the clarity she needed and in a day or so she will decide on the way forward. Yes there are fees involved in the procedure but it was so refreshing to have things explained in such genuinely CARING manner and she felt that it was not a rushed approach and all about making money.. To her this is precisely what patient care is all about and I have no hesitation to give this 5+ rating and recommending Smile Design by Ash.. ..Jim

I was made to feel at ease and treated respectably at each visit. The staff were very attentive and reassured me explaining in detail what they were doing, ensuring that at each stage of the process I was happy for them to progress.
At the end of the treatment I felt that I had received an excellent service and would be happy to recommend and use their service again.
The practice is well designed and you don't feel like you are at the dentist.

A very good service - support staff are friendly and competent, dental treatment is sympathetic and results are top class, accommodation is modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. What more could you want?

I first visited Smile by Ash last year and immediately felt happy with the welcome and professionalism of the staff.
This turned to slight apprehension, maybe due to my age (79) when Ash mentioned extractions and implants. He soon put me at ease and having put my trust in him, I must say I have been delighted with the whole procedure.
I now visit the practice for my checkups very confidently and for this I am most grateful to every member of staff.
I am happy to say that my son is now having treatment and I certainly would recommend
Smile by Ash to anyone I know.

Ash the main dentist at Smile design is wonderful in every way, he puts you at ease, and listens very carefully if you have a problem, and he deals with it in a professional manner. The dental nurses who work there are extremely professional and kind in every way nothing to much trouble.
I am over the moon with my smile now .

I registered with Smile Design by Ash, having not been to the dentist for quite some time. I was initially worried that my teeth may have suffered as a result, however after a very thorough consultation with Ash, my mind was put at rest. The practice feels more like a relaxing spa and has a very calming feel to it. All of the staff are extremely professional and very friendly. Ash Parmar is an excellent dentist and I would happily recommend Smile Design by Ash to all of my friends and family.

Honest, trustworthy and you can feel very at ease at the practice - you'll never feel like you are walking into a dentist surgery - more like a spa!

My girlfriend discovered Smile Design By Ash by Googling surgeries following a dental emergency one morning. They were extremely accommodating and managed to see her the same day.
They fixed all of the bad work that a more expensive Kensington based surgery had performed and the aftercare was amazing. I quickly became a patient and experienced the same care and attention that she did. I cannot recommend this surgery enough, Ash and his team are fantastic.

I personally have massif fear of dentist always over the years suffering for months in pain now first signs of pain I ring and always make time for to come straight away next day

i found smile design by ash a very professional and tailored service and i would highly recommend this company. all of the staff are very welcoming and friendly. all of my experiences at smile design by ash have been good ones and although going to the dentist is not one of my ideal things having a good dental practice makes it that much easier.
