I can highly recommend

Staff very friendly and super helpful. Kids love Ringos and play park.

Little disappointing to see a pile of litter below deck inside the pirate ship, next to the skeleton (poor chap). I suspect the staff don't know it's there but would be good for it to be cleaned up... think it was the same last August too when we last went along.

Messaged Snowtrax via facebook, for some advice on a snowboard, bindings and boots for my 6 year old son. Dealt with Nick who i cant thank enough for taking the time to discuss our needs over the phone.

We got a FANTASTIC deal on the items we ordered, were delivered next day, and were exactly as we discussed.

Our new 'goto' shop for all things snowboarding. If i could reccomend anything, it would be carry more stock of popular items, but this is really nit picking.

I was a regular customer at Snowtrax for many years, as I used to take my children to the ski slope and alpine adventure park regularly.
I have also bought, over the last 10 years or so, ski clothing, my snowboard, snowboard boots and bindings, I've had ski bindings fitted at the shop, and I also bought my ski touring boots there. In general I have always received professional service at Snowtrax, but this would not usually motivate me to write a review.
This review relates to my most recent dealing with the Snowtrax Store where I received some truly outstanding customer service from Bernie.
I had a problem with my Tecnica ski boots, and despite not being able to produce my receipt (I'm in Switzerland all season and the receipt is in England!) Bernie emailed Tecnica and not only did Tecnica provide the replacement parts, but Bernie also posted the parts out to me in Switzerland.
I would highly recommend Snowtrax Store for their boot fitting service. I also highly recommend Tecnica Cochise ski boots which have been amazing to ski in and comfortable on my feet even for 10 hours a day as a ski instructor. And thank you, Bernie, for being so helpful, professional, efficient and friendly.

Paul has been absolulty amazing, he has helped with every step choosing Boots and ski's that fit our needs (3 adults), he has a wicked sense of humour and it very knowledgeable, a great asset to you store. we will definatly be back (not too soon as we have spent over 8 hours in your store over the past couple of weeks :) )

I took my son to get custom boots, Tristan was fantastic and really helpful can't fault him. When we spoke to his colleague Paul about a deal on ski's he was really condescending when he spoke to my son regarding the ski's he had looked up online and the price and what it included. Such a shame for a senior member of staff to put such a negative end to our experience. Will look to go elsewhere in the future

I have ordered bindings and boards from their store. They are so helpful (particularly Bernie in the Customer Service Team). Easy ordering, really fast delivery, no quibble returns. Highly recommend for snowboard gear :)

Customer service is diabolical. I have telephoned Snowtrax repeatedly and they do not answer the phone.

Have had great fun learning to snowboard at snowtraxs, staff are all friendly and even when looking at a new board they are extra helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The facility is fatastic most night but if it's a bit dry I would recommend only using the main slope as the others can be s bit to dry that is my only complaint. Overall pretty spot on place to learn with pretty competitive prices.

Jeg havde langt om længe fundet de ski, som jeg har ledt efter på nettet i løbet af det sidste år. Jeg fandt hjemmesiden ved et tilfælde, så det var jo heldigt og hjemmesiden er for en butik i UK. Jeg bestilte skiene onsdag aften efter aftensmaden, valgte at få fragt via fly, som var 1-3 arbejdsdage. Jeg valgte også at jeg gerne ville have bindingerne monteret, og der stod at valgte man dét, skulle man "allow 1-2 more working days" ifm. levering. Idag er det fredag og da jeg kom hjem stod pakken og ventede på mig. Udover at de inkl. fragt var 500 kr billigere end den samme model fra et dansk website, er det ikke engang 2 døgn siden jeg bestilte dem og jeg har allerede fået dem. De var fuldstændig som de skulle være.
Det synes jeg sateme er total i orden service! :)

Jeg købte et Atomic "Sir Floatalot" Snowboard, fra Snowtraxstore.co.uk som var hele kr. 832,- billigere end de billigste steder på nettet (BlueTomato etc.), og leveringen var tilmed super hurtig, så det kan ikke gøres meget bedre.
Boardet blev leveret lige til døren med UPS, i løbet af 2 dage fra UK, så det må siges at være ret så flot.
Jeg skrev en mail til dem for at få et tracking nummer så jeg kunne følge pakken, og til det svarede de efter få timer med tracking no. Super service!
Jeg kan varmt anbefale deres butik.
