Soundon truly is the worst of the worst. On the positive side, it had (note the past tense) been pretty easy to get music distributed through them to several platforms. That part's okay. The problem is, there is NO customer service. It sounds like in the past there may have been some, but dozens upon dozens of emails and requests later, I can confirm that there is no customer service whatsoever. They send an auto-reply to your emails and never reply.

So if you have any issue, there is no way to resolve it. Album stuck in "under review" stage with no explanation - well, it's stuck there permanently. Album removed from streaming platforms, again, without an explanation - end of story. No way to get any feedback on anything that happens.

Now they've reached new lows and I can't submit an album because a couple of song titles are allegedly too generic and can be confused with ring tones or acoustic songs or some absolute garbage. And no matter how I change the song title - even though I really don't want to - it just keeps bouncing back with this new moronic rejection notice.

Very new development which I'd not had before, but they seem to be constantly striving to make the worst website on the internet. Whatever you do, avoid Soundon at all costs and go anywhere else.

I love soundon they give time and effort to correct all your mistakes by yourself rather than just completing false information just to distribute music, first I tried routenote I had a worst experience they remove my content ID fail to release my music on social media like fb, TikTok and ig. But with Soundon it was just one kick away all my songs appear on ig, fb, and TikTok. I love the fact that they give deep analytics and how ur music is performing on all platforms. I see reviews here many people misunderstands this platform they have zero customer service support that’s true but before anything can happen to your account or music check your notifications on dashboard first they might have sent you warnings and if they reject your project why forcing yourself to double attempts that will lead to risk your account if they reject your project simply means they can’t work with it you can literally check another platforms they lack of responses make everybody misunderstood them. I love soundon global just $10 threshold cash out while other platforms like Routenote are demanding $50 threshold before cashing out and their analytics seems like pics.

So hard submit ID. Notif said my ID is ilegal..... hahahahahaha ... too funny. 8 times rejected although i submit with many ways according to what they tell me to.

Soundon was the most scam distributor company I ever see and they can ruin you if you upload with them, and turn you to mess. Foolish and scammer company, they Take down artist song without even have a good conversation with them, they're suck. I don't expected them doing all that, all because you sign contract with,they will dominated you upon the work you hustle before you made it

I wish I’d read these reviews and would urge anyone reading to take all the one star reviews seriously. And I think I’d speak for most that they get one star instead of 0 because we’re unable to select 0.

If something goes wrong, or you have any type of enquiry, that’s it, game over. They have no customer support, just a sole auto-reply message they send to every attempt at contact. Albums removed with explanation, albums caught in “under review” stage with no activity, and no way to contact them. They’re a disgrace.

I absolutely love soundon. Greatest Music distribution service in terms of exposer. Though They are hard to get a hold of through messaging they have been getting better with communication as of recent.

I’ve had nothing but issues with SoundOn. Every time I submit content, it’s immediately flagged as copyrighted with no valid justification. It’s incredibly frustrating to have my work repeatedly rejected without any clear explanation or reason. To make matters worse, they request all kinds of personal documents and IDs, yet fail to provide any transparency in how this information is being used or why my content. these claims are baseless and have caused me a lot of stress. I would not recommend SoundOn to anyone who wants to manage their music or content without dealing with unnecessary hurdles and poor customer support. Terrible experience overall.

Terrible support service and super frustrating. Takes months for reply and not only that, they don't fix the issue.

Terrible experience with Soundon. After going through the whole process of filling in all my info, submitting my ID, including a pic of me holding my ID, and signing their agreement, they declined my application multiple times. Don't waste your time, they don't even have a way to delete your account. Now they have all my personal info. Beware!!

I tried to distribute through them but their website kept rejecting my license for verification. I spent weeks trying to get that figured out but SoundOn doesn't seem to even have a place to speak to an agent. So I moved on to CdBaby and distributed through them. Process went smooth as butter. Then, on release day, Soundon not only released my album through their channels but now, there are 2 different versions of my album AND 2 different artist profiles.

THIS IS A MASSIVE MESS that is due to NO COMMUNICATION. To top it off, still haven't heard a word from them. Ton of emails sent in 3 weeks.... NOTHING.

I was initially having trouble getting a song released on SoundOn. Their system kept saying that I had copyright issues. I then emailed them all of my copyright documents for all of my songs because I took down all my music from a previous distributor. There copyright issue was so incorrect seeing that I had those same songs released for years. I tried to release again and to my surprise one of the song got through. I Then waited for about two months and then attempted to re-release two more songs but this time SoundOn sent me a message saying that they are freezing my account and removing my song from the streaming platforms. This is crazy because I sent them several emails months ago but no one ever responding back about this. I'm not sure what their problem is over there but they need to shut that service down because their client/customer service is horrible. If you are reading this please stay away from SoundOn. There service is the worst I've ever heard of and experienced.

The take down account without any reason

This company pretends to be a distributor, collects your royalties and ban you thus denying you access to the earned royalties.

Absolutely the worst!
Why are they even allowed to promote themselves as a distribution company?
No customer service skills, they take forever to reply, that’s if you get a reply.
And when they reply they ask all the questions you’ve already gave answers to.
Not worth the time or effort.
Stick with what’s not broke!

I am a producer, songwriter, arranger, composer, and guitarist of Absurd Music (Buta Nada/Buta Nada♪♫). In early July, I tried to release my new single through SoundOn, but a few days later I got a rejection from SoundOn, where they said my song contained licensed samples and caused copyright. Of course, I didn't stay silent. I immediately reached their support center, and here my annoyance started to emerge. The questions were repeated more or less like this: "Hello,

We apologize for the problems that occurred.

Can you provide upload details related to your release? (Artist name, song title, song submission date, song release date, ISRC, UPC).

We need to inform you that for any form of reproduction of existing songs (including remixes, covers, and use of samples), you must have official permission from the songwriter or song publisher.

If your release is an original release, please confirm by including evidence in the form of official documents such as a copyright certificate (if any) and proof of a screenshot (screen record) from the digital audio workstation (DAW) that you used when producing the song.

(Please send the file in the form of a Google Drive file and set access to public."
Even though I had replied with what they asked for, the peak was when I asked to terminate the contract between Absurd Music and SoundOn, but they never replied or answered where my mistake was. A week later, they even sent a customer satisfaction survey. I think this is a very stupid step they took; they already know I'm angry and waiting for an answer that, until today (after 20 days of reporting), has not come. Whether they are really stupid, just pretending to be stupid, or what I don't know, the problem is that there are two problems before this: the first is the transfer of singles from another aggregator, and the second is a problem on SoundCloud. But I won't tell here.
