My son recently bought a property in Spain . He dealt with Val from Spanish Property Choice who was extremely professional,helpful , and courteous throughout the whole process . Because it was difficult for my son to travel to Spain at that time , Val organized an excellent video tour of the property and the surrounding village . This enabled him to move forward with confidence with the purchase and also saved him a lot of time and expense. SPC also arranged for him to speak to a very good local English speaking solicitors in order for him to conclude the deal . They provided services such as Power of Attorney to deal with setting up Spanish bank accounts, Notary services Nie numbers etc . Val and her team at SPC were very friendly and efficient and took the pain out of buying the property in Spain ,as the legalities involved can be confusing without that professional help. Both myself and my son are delighted with our new property and would recommend Val and her team at SPC without hesitation .

Bought our first holiday home from Spanish Proprty Choice 4 years ago, a very good experience. Have just sold that one and bought our next one withe the help of Shaun and Matt, once again, they made it happen so smoothly, especially as we were having to be back in the uk.

When looking to buy our forever dream home in spain i contacted Sharon at SPC. She went above and beyond to find our ideal villa and answer the many questions i had about the move. The day came to view properties with Shaun. We looked at some villas but too many compromises. Shaun then said he'd take us to the one theyd sent details about and we loved it on paper. Arriving in the valley, there it was perched on the hill on the opposite side. On arrival at the villa , it exceeded all our expectations, we immediately returned to the office and bought it. Sharon and Steve certainly know their stuff. They showed us properties that ticked all our boxes - without knowing some of the requirements that we wanted!!
