Shaun took the time to sit down with us and go through our requirements, found several properties for us to look at, then guided us through the process right through to completion. The most positive experience i've had with any estate agent, they really do go the extra mile to help. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Spent two days with Sharon and Shaun searching for our dream home and what you see is what you get. Both on and off camera they are genuine, warm, fun people who have your best interests at heart.
We had a very healthy budget and most estate agents would have tried to get us to spend the whole amount, not the Garners. They showed us options which were best for us including spending half the amount and renovating an existing property. An honest, decent estate agent is hard to find these days and we could not recommend Spanish Property Choice any higher.

let me tell you why these are above all other agents. One Friday i rang another agent about a property and they said we can book you a visit Monday , i said what about today ..Well itsFriday afternoon ! Was their reply . I then phoned Emma about the property which we since bought . Her reply was ...well we actually have an offer on that property but my brother will show you round say 3 ock . We went , we bought purely on their proactive action , not wait until Monday there and then . Brilliant , acting positively for both buyer and seller , class act x

Professionalism from everyone. Matt arrived on time to take photographs. He put a review on social network within a couple of days. We had viewings almost immediately. A sale was agreed on the second viewing with SPC.
Emma, Office Manager, emailed or messaged every step of the way with comprehensive information. Sometimes late at night. When a reservation fee and 10% deposit was paid she messaged over a weekend. She didn't need to, but knew it would put our minds at rest. Everyone we spoke to in the office (Mojacar) was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Shaun provided an exceptional level of service from beginning to end. He was always approachable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us. His knowledge and guidance made the whole process so much easier and stress free.

We have just completed our property purchase through Spanish Property Choice and the service we received was outstanding.

We contacted them from the UK with our initial enquiry and Shaun responded to our request by asking us to detail what our specific requirements were.

He sent us details of a number of properties he felt met our requirements and we compiled a list of viewings we would like to make.

When we arrived in Spain we went to the office and Shaun kindly detailed the whole buying process for us.

This was extremely helpful because we were not too clear regarding solicitors, Notaries, Legal requirements and most importantly taxes.

When we viewed the properties there was no hard sell or misinformation which made the whole process a pleasant experience.

Shaun helped us to find an English speaking solicitor who turned out to be excellent and the whole process was completed in a very short space of time.

During the buying process we raised a number of questions with Shaun and he promptly found out the answers for us.

We used this company to sell my ageing parents home in Turre, Almeria. Emma and her colleagues were very knowledgeable about the local area and market sentiment helping to manage expectations. They remained patient, attentive and supporting of our family as we managed this process from a distance back in the UK.

The communication with them was always easy and even when there was not much movement, they took the time to update us of what was happening and what they would be trying next. There local connections to other required suppliers such as local solicitors also kept the communication cogs turning smoothly during the whole process through to completion of the sale.

Finally, given the energy and time expended, the fees charged are more than reasonable. If we ever chance to be in this part of the world looking for real estate again, I will definitely be contacting Emma and the team!

Querria alquilar unode los habitaciones lo que estan anunciando..(hay 42)
El primero lo que me peguntaron que edad tengo..cuando dicho que tenho 63,digeron que solamente alquilan gas 55 años.
Dicen que su cliente manda asi.
Estaria bien si es de una..pero digeron que todas..y eso ya es claramente discrimatorio por edad.
Para ser claro, soy camionero con contrato fijo y con altos ingresos.
No recomendo este inmobilaria.

Sharon, you're response is laughable as owner of the company ( in your own words ) just about sums up how much of control you have of your company, I wasn't there to buy YOU were supposed to SELL !

I had a terrible experience with Spanish Property Choice. Their communication was absolutely awful, and their incompetence cost us €20,000. We were constantly left in the dark, with emails and calls going unanswered. Important information was either withheld or delivered too late, which led to significant financial losses. Their lack of professionalism and poor service made the entire process a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone looking for property in Spain to avoid this agency at all costs.

We communicated with the sales team regarding an apartment. Was PROMISED to hold the property until we arrived from the UK within 3 days. Even upto the night before our travel we were assured we had first refusal. We arrived at 14.00pm after flying from UK to be told, sorry we sold it at 11.00am this morning. This company are false and nothing like how the come across on TV. Be aware people.
