Customer services is great, they are very friendly and approachable.

Only thing I want to mention here is: i asked them to look at the faults on the car which I am going to purchase. They told me "they will take car to garage and check if it require attention. But they didnot" it is embarrassing they lied to me.

Great customer service.. no hard sell and Richard very friendly and knowledgeable about the features of my chosen car.
He took it to the local garage to add fuel prior to test drive and went through some controls I was unfamiliar with.
Purchase was so straightforward and he transferred registration and set up road tax all in the office prior to my driving my new car home. He also done a good deal on an extended warranty.
He then followed up with a courtesy call a few days later.
Some really good cars available at reasreasonable prices.
I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

After I found vehicle, call them as I was not local to their location. Rearrange all documents required for purchased via phone after seeing well presented add and very detailed add. Phone them as well to asked some questions about the car, was satisfied after conversation over the phone, so reserved the car. Went to see the car and I really like it, seems very looked after, issues which were reported and MOT just a week a go were fixed. I was suggested that cars come with pre inspection, for all their vehicles so after consideration and test drive I got the car. Done some mile already seems all fine so far, very happy and feeling safe when the dealer gave me 3 month full warranty. So far overall very happy to purchased as seems excellent dealer overall! Well done and thank you!

Possibly the most painless car buying experience ever.

Recently bought an Audi A3 from this dealership. I know buying cars from any dealership has its risks. However, the customer service over email and in person with amazing and when I bought the car, it was in a very good condition.

Had a issue with our mini countryman hybrid we bought and steve at sparshatts was brilliant.because we had to go through warranty company and had a issue with who we had to use to repair our car
Spoke to steve who handled our issue himself and booked us into his workshop gave us a loan car and repaired the car great service
