Emma’s excellent communication and professionalism throughout the entire process was very reassuring.

We initially purchased through Spence Willard in 2021, and received exemplary service at that time. Having decided to sell our home in 2024, Spence Willard again provided exceptional support and guidance throughout the entire process, from an insightful valuation through to the premium marketing and ultimate sale of our property - we could not ask for more attentive care and professional expertise.

Great service from the Cowes office and particularly from Gaynor Owen throughout our house purchase process. She recommended Careless Solicitors and Wendy Webb provided the best conveyancing service we have ever experienced. Great communication from both Gaynor and Wendy throughout the process. Overall, the best service we have ever had, and we have moved many times over the years!

Thanks to the very talented Emma Bradley who gave us a first class service. Emma is quite simply the best estate agent we’ve ever worked with. She knows her craft well and offered us great advice and was flexible to take on our ideas. Due to previous buyer personal circumstances, it was third time lucky for us and we noted Emma’s empathy and professionalism towards them, as well as her tenacity and commitment to achieve a sale for us. Emma does what she says she’s going to do, with candour, integrity, good humour and without fuss. She also balances all of the above with her leadership responsibilities and clearly works hard to achieve a seamless service.

We would also like to highlight the very skilled Kirsty who led most of the viewings. Kirsty’s friendly and knowledgeable disposition put prospective buyers at ease and importantly opened the door to negotiations with Emma. In addition, Emma introduced us to the very efficient and human solicitor, Julia Whitter of Glanvilles Damant.

So, with Emma at the helm and support from Kirsty, Julia, and the Cowes office, we had the ‘dream team’. In our opinion, Emma is a role model for the industry and she has restored our faith in estate agents. Thank you very much Emma and team.

Hannah was helpful and professional from start to finish during our house purchase in Bembridge, liaising effectively between ourselves and the seller in a timely manner as any issues or queries arose. Despite acting for the seller, she applied a fair and common sense approach to the process which was very much appreciated.

We purchased a property through Spence Willard's Freshwater office and dealt with Jason who was wonderful! We had not bought for quite a number of years and he was so helpful guiding us through each step and taking the time to liase with the sellers on any queries we had. He even called round to help us with hot water issues the day after we had moved in! We couldn't rate Jason highly enough and would definitely use his services again in the highly unlikely event that we should feel the need to move again.

Hannah was so helpful with our purchase. It was a stressful chain but Hannah made sure she communicated with our agent and got back to us quickly. She was always on hand to help where she could and Especially worked really well with our estate agent. 10/10!!

It may have taken around two years to find the right property through Spence Willard and perseverance from both sides; but we got there! We have just sold our house through Gaynor Owen at Spence Willard. She really went above and beyond and we couldn't have hoped for a better experience. She was extremely efficient but also warm and personable. She held the whole web of contacts together and kept the process moving along. We were kept updated the whole way through and always found it easy to get through to her on the phone or via email. Spence Willard even offered to visit our property on the last day to take the metre readings - as we don't live on the island - which was thoughtful and helpful. We couldn't be happier with the experience.
