I have used the Freshwater Branch twice for both buying and selling. They are very professional and knowledgeable and, I knew I could just pop in at anytime or contact them if I had any questions. I would highly recommend them and will be availing of their services in the future.

We dealt with Gaynor and team for our relocation move to the island from the mainland. They were amazing. So helpful from booking the original viewing right through to completing on our sale. They couldn’t have been a better bunch of ladies. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell on the island. A true pleasure to work with.

In the last few years we have bought and sold a property with the Freshwater Team. Jason, David and the Team were leagues above any estate agent that we have ever dealt with. They respond to phone calls & emails almost immediately and most unusually for any estate agent that we have dealt with prior, they actually do what they say they will do! There has not been one occasion where we could have asked them to do more because they have anticipated and acted by the time we have thought of it. We have recently been dealing with Spence Willard in connection with our house purchase. After one abortive attempt with the seller being in a chain, we struck lucky second time around.
