Excellent Service and Support Throughout My Remortgage
I can’t thank Sammi and Chloe enough for all their help and support throughout my remortgage.
I’ve been going with Sammi for years, and she has always been incredibly helpful, responsive and professional. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and is always happy to answer any questions, no matter how small. This time, she was especially helpful in securing the best offer for me while interest rates were rising, which I really appreciated.
Chloe was also brilliant throughout the whole process. She kept a close eye on everything, followed up with the solicitors and made sure things kept moving so there were no unnecessary delays. She also kept me updated and sent helpful reminders, making sure I understood each step and knew what was happening. It made the whole process much less stressful.
Thank you both again for all your hard work and for getting my remortgage completed on time. I really appreciate all the effort, care and support you’ve given me over the years.
I would highly recommend Sammi and Chloe at SPF to anyone looking for a mortgage or remortgage. They’re a fantastic team and always go the extra mile.

Great service and support
Ollie has been very supportive and helpful throughout the process of me realising my dream and buying an appartmemt by the sea.
He was knowledgeable and patient, and enabled me to understand the options available and which were the best for me.

As a non-English native speaker and a frequent traveler between time zones, I received great assistance from Miss Judith Choi. Judith have taken good care explaining thoroughly every step of the way and guided me through the process. What is lacking from SPF is some unanticipated charges that are not clearly spelt out in the beginning.

Ollie James is a star!
We recently had the pleasure of working with Ollie James as first‑time buyers and our whole experience was absolutely brilliant! He had a calm, gentle way of guiding us through everything, which is exactly what you need when you’re figuring it all out for the first time. He took the time to explain things clearly, check we were comfortable, and make sure we understood every option before moving forward.
Ollie was always just a message away whenever we were feeling worried and he kept us updated with any developments. He was always on hand to walk us through the next step and we could tell that he genuinely cares about getting things right whilst making the whole process feel as smooth as possible.
What stood out the most was just how patient he was. Even when we had lots of questions or needed something explained again, he never made us feel silly or rushed.
Ollie’s substantial knowledge, steady reassurance, and real reliability made the whole experience far less stressful than we expected.
We would absolutely recommend Ollie to anyone - especially those that want someone approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping them make the right decisions when purchasing their home. What a star!

Cannot speak highly enough of SPF. Elena is an incredible professional - extremely responsive, knowledgable and gave excellent advice throughout. She goes well above and beyond for her clients - her quick action allowed us to secure an excellent rate in the face of hourly rate increases following America's intervention in Iran. Just a brilliant level of service.

Excellent service, highly recommend
We used SPF Private Client for our mortgage on a listed property in Exeter. As expats moving to the UK on a tight completion timeline, our case was far from straightforward, but Aimee Bilsland went well above and beyond, staying on top of every detail and keeping us informed at each stage. The service overall was excellent throughout.
We'd strongly recommend SPF, and Aimee in particular, to anyone with a complicated mortgage case.

Amazing Service
I wored with Matt & Isabella to get a mortage for my first property and they were absolutely incredible! They were so helpful and answered any and all of my many questions being supportive and responsive throughout. Their communication throughout was excellent and made the whole process simpler and much less stressful!
They were also fabulous at then thinking about next steps that might be useful to then think about insurance. I can't thank them all enough!
I would really reccomend their service to anyone.
