We had a very good experience with SPF and Nick Uphill was very professional and dealt with our enquiry from start to finish and with exceptional quality. All questions were answered and Nick always got back to us promptly if he needed to research anything.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by you during my recent mortgage process as a first-time buyer.
From the very beginning, Kennan was highly professional and took the time to clearly explain every aspect of the mortgage process. He ensured I understood all available options and provided valuable advice, which made a complex process much easier to navigate.
He was also very efficient in referring me to all the necessary third parties, ensuring everything progressed without delays. His consistent follow-ups and dedication throughout the journey were truly impressive and gave me great confidence.

Excellent Service from Brandon and Kitt
Brandon and Kitt have been professional and proactive in servicing their clients. They are knowledgeable in what they do and have always offered options and advice on how to progress decisions forward. Highly recommended especially for first time UK homebuyers.

Helpful finding me the best rates. Good communication and, although I had to chase a few times, they were very responsive.
Would happily suggest them to anyone looking at getting a mortgage or mortgaging.

Timely relevant professional advice
Ollie's advice on mortgage life insurance was swift and to the point with the necessary medical appointments scheduled efficiently and conveniently for weekend at home. Through the twists and turns of the house purchase process Ollie kept in touch to ensure that the policy could be started at the shortest notice to be in place as soon as required. Ollie's professional communication has been a great reassurance and a very welcome "one less thing to worry about" ! Thank you.

Elena Todorova is a star.
Elena Todorova has handled a number of mortgage arrangements for my clients and for my family. She is thoroughly professional, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and approachable. I find that she has a very pragmatic way of considering trickier borrowing requirements so you feel that you are in a safe pair of hands. Proactive communication is really important to me and Elena is excellent at keep on top of deadlines and keeping a lengthy process moving so that you get a great outcome.

Proffesional, reliable, tailored to customer's needs
SPF assisted us with our remortgage and I am very pleased with their service. Communication was clear and prompt — they responded to all my queries quickly and kept us updated at every stage. The process felt organised and under control from start to finish.
