Extra mile service
I couldn’t recommend SPF - and specifically Kane Daniel - more. Having had some pretty poor experiences dealing with mortgage brokers in the past, I have nothing but great things to say about this particular one, most notably in terms of ease, clarity, and just being on top of it at all times. Will definitely be using again when the time comes.

Professional and Personable
From the 1st call I had with the team at Howden they were able to put me at ease and talk to me like a human, rather than some of the over technical worded robot sounding advisors I have used in the past. The service was professional and personable with my advisor being available any time I needed. I got out of my help to buy scheme which I didn’t know was an option until my advisor explained how it worked. They were very Knowledgable and were able to talk me through each step of the process. Highly recommend
