SPF - highly recommend
SPF have come through for us again, helping us port our existing mortgage to a new property and subsequently helping us get a new fixed term mortgage afterwards. Matt and Emmie were reassuring and extremely communicative throughout the process. This is the second time we’ve used SPF and we couldn’t recommend them and more highly. Thank you!

Kane and collegues have been really helpful with getting the right mortgage for our family to help our son get on the property ladder.
They have not just helped with the mortgage but also supported us with queries from the solicitor.

I have been with SPF for about 20…
I have been with SPF for about 20 years. Unfailingly, everyone there has been so efficient, so quick to act and always to keep you informed. The people are consistently nice and understanding of your requirements. Often seem to me to have achieved the impossible, once for a tricky mortgage for me and recently for a mortgage for my granddaughter and her partner, both students. Excellent service by phone and email. Thank you. I have referred SPF to several people.

From first call on 5th May to funding…
From first call on 5th May to funding on 2nd June refinance of our BTL could not have been more straightforward. Luke Thorne was excellent- understood exactly what we needed and found the right mortgage provider quickly. He kept us updated and made the whole process so painless.

great support in every part of process
I had an excellent experience with my mortgage Nathan and James throughout the house purchase process. Communication was always friendly, professional, and clear. They responded very quickly to any questions and worked hard to secure a great mortgage rate for me. Their support made the whole process much smoother and less stressful. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable mortgage broker.

Fairly good overall
I was pleased that a solution was found for my slightly different circumstances. However, I did feel that more attention to detail was needed as a number of times the information I was given was incorrect and I had to watch the progress of the application really carefully to make sure the correct information was submitted.
