SPF managed the mortgage application…
SPF managed the mortgage application from start to finish with no fuss, requiring only input from me when multiple options were available. They presented the info offered their opinion but ultimately did what I felt was best for me in a very professional and timely manner. I will be using them again for any further needs.

Had been dealing with SPF for a few years now, and Cristiana as usual provided exceptional service in establishing my remortgage. Was contacted well in advance of previous mortgage expiration and keep abreast of developments concerning options available to reestablish mortgage. Process was well explained and I had very little follow up work to do. Everything was concluded successfully with no complications, thanks to Cristiana. Highly recommended.

Cristiana was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. From day one she was proactive, on the ball, and made the whole process genuinely painless — which, let's be honest, isn't always what you expect.
Whenever I had a question or query she was right there, no fuss, no waiting around. She clearly takes pride in what she does and it shows in how she handles every little detail.
There's a reason she came so highly recommended to me, and now I completely understand why. If you're looking for someone who actually makes your life easier rather than harder, look no further.

5*s - outstanding service
5*s - Aimee was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We weren’t the easiest of clients swapping to 3 different properties during our offer period, the 3rd being at the 11th hour of our initial offer expiring and Aimee worked tirelessly throughout to ensure a new offer was secured swiftly with no disruption to our onward purchase taking any stress possible away from us and I’m happy to report we are now proud owners of our new property having just moved in on Friday. Excellent service
I had an excellent experience working with An as my mortgage advisor. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. An took the time to understand my needs and worked hard to find the best mortgage product for me. She explained everything clearly, made the whole experience stress-free, and was always available to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend An to anyone looking for expert mortgage advice and outstanding service.

Poor Communication
The mortgage advisor was very unresponsive throughout the process. I repeatedly had to chase by email and message multiple times, even for small matters that should have been handled promptly. Communication was inefficient, responses were often delayed, and the overall process took much longer than expected. This lack of timely support caused unnecessary stress and anxiety during what is already a demanding process.

I’ve been working with Harry Savva for the past two years, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Harry is incredibly friendly and approachable, which immediately puts you at ease when discussing something as important as your finances.
He is consistently efficient and professional in his work, but what really stands out is his ability to explain everything in clear, simple terms. No matter how complex the situation, he takes the time to make sure I fully understand my options, which has given me real confidence in the decisions we’ve made together.
Harry has created a level of trust and comfort that is hard to find, and I genuinely feel supported in planning for the future. I would highly recommend him on both a professional and personal level.
