Spin Doctor outstanding service.

Quick friendly service would recommend to everybody Phil was amazing

We used Spin Doctors as our freezer had stopped reaching the optimum temperature and was no longer freezing things. The team at Spin Doctors were really professional, helpful and reasonably priced. They offered to come out and diagnose the issue first of all and ordered a part initially to see if that would fix the issue. When it didn’t fix the issue they were able to provide us with two different options suitable for our space. This took the hard work out of the process as we could rest assured the appliance would be a good fit! The engineer Craig who fitted the appliance was very friendly, answered any questions we had and was very efficient. He was very careful around the house when transporting the old appliance out of the house and the new one in. Spin Doctors took away the old appliance and any packaging so it was such an easy, efficient process for us. Their prices are very reasonable, the team are all lovely and it was a seamless experience. We would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them!

Excellent service. The engineer was very knowledgable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the spare part needed in his van so was able to fit the part the same day. They also came out the same day, so from my first call to job completion in less than 8 hours.

Booking an appointment was extremely easy. The call back to confirm was very helpful and professional. When, Rrobert, the engineer arrived, he was very polite, professional and informative. The fault was identified in a few minutes with a spare part already in stock on the van and the washing machine was back to it's old self in no time.

Quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. Repair completed to a high standard. Engineer was promt and polite. I would recommend without reservation.

The whole process was very easy . They were very helpful and extremely speedy from beginning to end . My Dishwasher had broken , after deciding not to get it repaired again I was sent a list of in stock dish washers by Spin Doctor . The price included removal of the old one , installation ( an integrated one ) all on same day as my phone call.
I have used Spin Doctor for multiple repairs in the past and have always been very satisfied with their service .

Very happy with whole experience of using SpinDoctor. Very straightforward online booking process, followed up by a phone call to confirm appointment. The engineer arrived well within the time window and provided a tracker to see how near he was. The engineer was efficient, courteous and friendly.

Very professional service from start to finish. I ordered a new appliance. Friendly staff and great care taken with installation. I would highly recommend. I have used them before for repairs and was very pleased with the service then too.

Excellent service. Very prompt reply when phoning. Plus they turn up the next day pretty much I’ve used them twice and found them to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Had them fix a washing machine problem and a dryer problem. Both done very efficiently and limited extra charge after the initial callout fee. would recommend

Easy to arrange an appointment to fix a washing machine - it needs a new pump. Good communication ahead of the visit. Prompt arrival and problem fixed in one visit. Reasonable costs. Would recommend

Came to look at our broken washing machine. Initial assessment was done quickly, machine was dead and very old so replacement options were recommended and new machine was fitted the next day. Very good and easy.

Have been using Spin Doctor for a few years now and I honestly can’t fault them. Fantastic response time, for latest visit they came the same day. Reasonably priced and always clear away any mess. Highly recommend
