Very well organised, I was told the cost of the call out and parts in advance.
Payment was made at that time.
The repair was made two days later.

Very happy with whole experience of using SpinDoctor. Very straightforward online booking process, followed up by a phone call to confirm appointment. The engineer arrived well within the time window and provided a tracker to see how near he was. The engineer was efficient, courteous and friendly.

Nice and friendly contractor, and very quick to respond.

Quick and efficient washing machine repair. The work (water pump) was completed and everything replaced tidily.

Excellent service. Very prompt reply when phoning. Plus they turn up the next day pretty much I’ve used them twice and found them to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Had them fix a washing machine problem and a dryer problem. Both done very efficiently and limited extra charge after the initial callout fee. would recommend

Came to look at our broken washing machine. Initial assessment was done quickly, machine was dead and very old so replacement options were recommended and new machine was fitted the next day. Very good and easy.

Efficient, courteous and prompt service.

Engineer arrived exactly when expected and diagnosed the problem quickly. A new door lock was needed which he had with him as "van stock". Soon after it was fitted and the machine had been checked, levelled and given a clean bill of health. First rate service. I have recommended Spin Doctor to friends in the past and they have had equally good service. Keep up the good work!

Great service. Easy to book and pay. Arrived early morning, condemned the old dishwasher. New machine delivered and fitted same day. Kitchen left beautifully clean and tidy. 10/10 for service. Highly recommend.

Great service, was able to get an engineer out on the same day. The job was completed professionally. The overall cost was also a little cheaper than using main stream large companies like Currys.

Had to call the Spin Doctor as my washing machine not working, my first experience and their service was great! Prompt service within two hours of calling them and honest workmanship. Unfortunately my machine could not be fixed but I would not hesitate to call them out again for their great service
