Phil came and fixed our dishwasher- he was considerate, friendly and a fantastic worker. Would highly recommend!

Aaron the engineer was able to come out on the day of the washing machine breaking down, which was a god send as we needed the machine after returning from holiday. The problem was sorted and saved me paying for a new machine. Aaron identified the problem quickly, professional and polite.

Really easy to book online, appointment availability was fantastic. Phil was able to fix our oven in under 20 minutes with parts he had in the van. He was really professional and explained everything he was doing.

Phil arrived promptly and was very friendly.
He fixed the washing machine quickly. I also mentioned that I had a problem with the dishwasher and Phil said he could look at this too and again quickly fixed. Would definitely recommend.

Great service from the Spin Doctor. Very grateful that he fitted my dishwasher after the AO delivery engineers were unable to fit a dishwasher under a partial hob above. New regulations apparently. My dishwasher is thankfully fitted without me having to redesign my entire kitchen and it’s all thanks to the Spin Dr. Saved me a fortune. (Also SD charged less than AO). A very decent person.

I sent a booking enquiry via the website and received a call within 10 minutes. Later that afternoon an engineer attended. He solved the problem with our washer dryer quickly and efficiently. He was super tidy and explained how we could avoid the issue happening again. I was seriously impressed with the service and would definitely recommend!

My Bosch dishwasher had an error message which the engineer came out to fix. However I felt he really went the extra mile by recognising other issues and putting those right at the same time. Can’t believe the difference it’s made to the machine. It’s like new and works so much better and much much quieter. It’s so refreshing to have someone who comes round and thinks about the job they are doing and obviously takes pride in giving great service. Thank you so much, saved me lots of money!

Our Hoover washing had stopped working. Only had to wait a couple of days for Spin Doctor to come and fix it. Phil had the part ready and problem was solved quickly. He also put all the bits of wood, kick boards, doors etc we had to remove to get full access to washing machine

Our Bosch washing machine sounded very poorly and more in hope than expectation that it could be fixed I made an appointment with Spin Doctor. Kieran came out to us. He arrived when he said he would and fixed the problem which was based around the pump and the heater. He was friendly, helpful and efficient and the total cost including call-out was £175 rather than £1000 for a new Bosch. I was very grateful and impressed with the great service from Spin Doctor and Kieran. Highly recommended.

Our washing machine stopped spinning.
It was going to take a week for a Bosch repair person to come out so I looked on local Facebook and Spin doctor had great reviews.

I booked via the online form before 9am and the repair man Keiran came the same day, by 3 o'clock my washer was spinning again. There was an online portal that made it easy to track his ETA and provide images of the job, really easy to use.

Keiran was friendly and knowledgeable and tidy. He had an idea what the problem was from the job description and managed to fix it within a few minutes, the price was also very reasonable and much cheaper than a new washer!!

I strongly recommend spin doctor.

Last week I booked an appointment for this afternoon, being my non-working day. They tried calling last week, then messaged me to ask me to call. I explained I work 29 hour hospital shifts so can't call during their working hours. They then messaged back & asked if someone could come out that week instead, but I explained it was booked fory next non-working day. No response. I messaged them today - twice - to check someone esc coming out. No response. So I rang them & the job was never actually booked, despite them giving me a job number in our exchanges. Shameful customer service. I have wasted my only non-working day this week waiting for a bunch of cowboys.

Don't bother. Go elsewhere.

Reported my oven fault on Thursday evening and it was fixed by Friday lunchtime. Wayne was friendly, professional and prompt and fixed my oven with no issues. Very pleased, many thanks

I contacted this company regarding my electric cooker which was overheating, the call out fee was paid before the 'engineer' arrived. 'Engineer' was courteous, polite and prompt; he looked in the oven, turned it on and said my fan was the problem even though the fan was turning round (not at the speed he said it should be), I stated that I was also considering replacing the hotplates at which point he took to his tablet and stayed on it trying to access his boss and parts, he was unable to access either. He jammed a screwdriver into the fan to stop it and it continued to go again. He said it would 'do me' until he could obtain the parts and left. I used the oven when my grandchildren visited the same day and it burnt everything. I was later sent an email saying my cooker was dangerous and irreparable (as the parts were obsolete) with a link to a new cooker they could supply. I contacted the manager/owner by email and stated how dissatisfied I was, this just resulted in numerous emails saying he didn't think he had 'done anything wrong' and advised me that posting a negative review could result in me being contacted by their legal team (happy to post the email). I requested their complaints policy but had no reply. My cooker was completely overhauled with genuine parts (including new hotplates) for £160 by a reputable company. The problem was the thermostat and not the fan. I was ripped off and threatened for £82! please avoid this company.

I was able to book a same day service for a washing machine repair. The engineer arrived promptly with prior warning of time, assessed and repaired the appliance . He was very courteous and put everything back in place. Highly recommend

Filled in the questionnaire on their website came out next day, engineer tested appliance but couldn’t find exactly what was wrong , said perhaps be a faulty board, he tried his boss for more assistance but to no avail. Nearly £100 out of pocket , rang their office same lady that was quick to take my money didn’t want to know and that my appliance is beyond repair. Avoid!

Rapid response to sort out my washing machine which had lost power. I was lucky that an engineer was in the area and was able to get to me quickly. Very pleased and a massive relief to get the problem resolved within an hour of my initial call.

I booked online after my washing machine gave an almighty bang and stopped working. I was telephoned the following morning by a professionally sounding young lady who offered by an appointment the next day, but that was not suitable for me.
Ben turned up at 8:15 the day after which was better for me. He was polite and pleasant, but unable to fix my machine, as the drum had come loose. He explained it would have cost almost as much to replace the drum as the cost of a new machine. Spin Doctor also supply and install new washing machines, and Ben said do shop around, and I was under no obligation or pressure to purchase from them.
I was impressed by the ease of booking by the young lady I spoke to, and the time keeping of Ben.
The 4 stars is because I had to pay up front by card on the phone when booking the appointment. I would have paid while Ben was here by phone even though there was nothing he could do.

I have used them before and was very pleased with the outcome, but this time they didn't seem to want to know, they came and fixed my appliance, when I went to use it it did not work tried several times but still did not work....phoned them and they said it was probably something else and it would mean a new appliance, which I was not convinced. Asked a local man to do the job and he said it was a faulty replacement, I am not saying that's what they put in but, I remain neutral on that, he fixed it at half the price and no suggestion that I needed a new appliance. Disappointed by Spin Doctor as my first encounter with them was very positive.

Rude!!

Had them come out to look at my machine as the drum was making a noise.
My machine was working fine other than the noisy drum. Did a load of washing this morning.

They came out pretty quick. Almost as quick as they took my money!!

A rude engineer turned up. Barely said a word. Showed him the machine.
Heard him taking some picture and an earth check with a machine.
He called me over to ask where the power was, showed him to then see that the display doesn’t work. So now since this rude engineer turned up the machine doesn’t work full stop.

Told me we need a new machine and he was gone.

Just rude. Not very good customer facing skills. Blunt.

And my machines now worse than it was when he got here !

Won’t use again. Avoid.
