Amazing customer support
Purchased two items directly from Splash About, but one was a bit too small so I decided to exchange it and posted it back. After a week of hearing nothing, I enquired and when I was checking all the information I realised I had forgotten to put an exchange slip in my package, so that was the cause of the delay. It was never assumed by Splash About that the delay was my fault though! Once I provided all the details to Sarah, she was able to sort this out for me and my exchange item was posted to me very promptly. I'm very grateful for such a quick and positive turnaround, I wish all the companies had such a great customer service!

I was waiting for a specific item to…
I was waiting for a specific item to come back into stock, Splash About responded to my query quickly and I was able to purchase the item on the day they said it would be back in stock. Unfortunately in my rush of ordering, I sent it to an incorrect address. I emailed Splash About straight away and they kindly changed the delivery address for me. I got the item quickly thereafter. I am really happy with the product and the customer service!

Great product, great customer service; bad courier choice.
Easy to order, great product. Unfortunately, Splash About use Evri as a courier and they failed to attempt delivery. That said, when I contacted Splash About, they immediately organised a replacement to be sent via Royal Mail 24h Tracked, which arrived promptly. I cannot give a full 5 stars because I think it would be better if Royal Mail were the default when expedited delivery is paid for.

Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke. Sizing comes up small. Be SUPER careful when ordering as you have to pay £5 postage to return or exchange the items. Wouldn’t be surprised if they contact me to pay for delivery of my exchange once processed. Absolutely disgusting service.

V poor customer service
Ridiculous that a company will not allow any amendments to the order prior to shipping. Placed order on a Friday evening and emailed straight after to request a change of size, also rang and left a voicemail and at 9am on Monday as per their opening hours rang to see if an item could be changed to a different size to be told no changes can be made. The most ridiculous thing is that it’s now Wednesday and the order has only just been shipped from their warehouse. V poor customer service!

We completely understand your frustration. As you contacted us shortly after placing your order and again before it was dispatched, we appreciate why it was disappointing to be unable to amend the order.
Our warehouse processes orders through an automated system, and unfortunately once an order has been submitted we are unable to make changes to the items within it. However, we appreciate that from a customer's perspective this can be difficult to understand when dispatch occurs at a later date.
We're sorry that our policy and processes did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We value your feedback and will share your comments with our team as we continue to review ways to improve our customer experience.

Great customer service
This review is mostly about the customer experience with Splash about international. We originally bought two items from them, only to hear a couple of days later (the first working day after placing the order) that one of them was sold out. We were offered a replacement or refund. Within 48 hours we had the new order at home.
We haven't tested the swimwear yet (our little one will start swimming classes next week), but it looks sturdy and the sizes are as expected.

Highly recommend this company and their products! Phenomenal customer service!
Thrilled with every aspect of my experience with this company and their products! I needed something to help keep my toddler granddaughter warmer when swimming and the products offered from Splash About were fantastic! When I needed to change one of my purchased items to a different style (bc of a sensory issue) the subsequent transactions went well. I simply followed the online return directions carefully and with help from their amazing customer service, everything went wonderfully. And because of their exemplary customer support, I highly recommend Splash About!

Speedy replacement
We had several Splash About items over the years, all of great quality. When I had an issue with our latest purchase, the response was prompt and the item was replaced in record time. Highly recommend for products as well as their customer service!
