Absolutely fantastic customer service. I made absolutely mistake with my order and they went out of their way to help me resolve it.
Will def use company again!

The amount we needed to resolve the problem, so as the tone of communication made me order more things than I initially planned.
Highly appreciated approach, regardless of whether the problem was solved or not. Way the go!
You splashed it! 💫💦

Ordered my new granddaughter a swimsuit and toys, unfortunately Evri did not deliver so contacted Sarah and she resent my order via Royal Mail, she also checked to make sure I had received it. Fabulous service and fantastic products.

Excellent products. Wanted to exchange one and Sophie couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended

Brilliant customer service. Problem resolved with ease straight away. Thank you

Great customer service, placed a few orders recently and quick delivery. Lovely to receive free gift, a bath toy and when requested a certain colour because we had already received a previous one they went above and beyond. Would buy again for next swim suit and nappy as baby is rapidly growing 🤣

Great products and very helpful people.
They kindly swapped a nappy . Granddaughter is enjoying her swimming;

Great products delivered in a timely manner

I ordered my Teenage son some Swim pants as he is disabled. Unfortunately at the point of ordering I had not noticed that the size had toggled back to small and we needed extra large I was completing this order in between Christmas and New Year as he needed them for the new term. I managed to get some help through the website chat facility. The most amazing and fantastically helpful young lady immediately rectified the situation and made sure that the correct size was dispatched to us. I was so very grateful as I understood they were on a skeleton staff because it was during the holiday period but she understood my issue straight away and sorted it out. Fantastic customer service product has arrived exactly as we required and of a very high-quality, I cannot recommend this company highly enough.Kris Gunputh

Have used splash about happy nappies since my baby was little as they are great extra protection. Recently made an order and needed some help from customer services who were great, really quick responses over email and resolved the issue straight away

Great product and even great customer service experience! Thank you Sarah for being so helpful 😊

They have PEOPLE who answer queries same day.the have a phone number and email
no need for chatbots .

Supportive and understanding with my order exchange.

Slight blip with the courier delivering, but really pleased with the product, and very happy with how the problem was resolved

Easy website to navigate and speedy postage.
There was an issue with a ‘free’ product sent with my order and splash about were quick to post out a replacement. The vests themselves are great quality.

The products are high quality and have beautiful designs, but THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS THE BEST. I received an incomplete order and costumer service answer was fast and with a solution from the 1st email received back from them. Easy, trustable, I highly recommend!

Clear information on website and contacted customer service to bump my postage from standard to next day after purchasing (as I needed it to arrive in time for swimming lesson) and they replied promptly on a weekend and resolved with no further back and forth. Package did indeed reply in time!

I’m very satisfied with my purchase. The products are excellent quality, and my son has been wearing Splash About swimsuits exclusively since birth — never disappointed! Their swimwear works perfectly for little ones who still wear nappies.

A big thank you to the customer service team, especially Sarah, who was incredibly responsive and professional — she made the experience seamless.

I highly recommend their products, including their lovely range of pool and beach accessories. Shipping is fast, with tracking, and international delivery costs are very reasonable.

Excellent support!! I bought a swimsuit for my 9 month baby which is fantastic!! Customer service is really great!! Sarah was very helpful, she replied immediately to my emails and she quickly resolve an issue with my order (it was sent back because they couldn’t find my address) Thank you very much! I definitely recommend this company! ☺️

I love the products of this company. We have enjoyed all the sizes of their wetsuit assortment with our first son, who was quickly cold even in heated swimming pools and now that we got another baby, I have immediately chosen to buy their new warm baby wetsuit. Their customer service is really kind, helpful and they quickly resolved an issue with my order that was sent back due to a faulty address. I only have positive things to say about this brand.
