Great company and super helpful when messaging them. A godsend for SEN swim wear that goes up in bigger sizes. Have purchased many things like swim jacket and swim pants and they are great quality and last

Bought nappies, wetsuits, rash vests and buoyancy aid for my 18month old and the products are brilliant. Had an issue with delivery and customer services were very quick to respond to my email and sort the issue. Will be recommending and repurchasing. The warm wetsuits have made a really difference to our time in the water and on the beach - we love them!

Excellent customer service , I ordered two costumes and a float jacket
They sent wrong size for one costume, rectified it immediately, they sent me the correct size and a label to return the wrong item.
Very helpful staff
Great products, will definitely use again.
Highly recommend

Purchased a baby swimwrap 0-6 months for my 3 month old (around 50th centile) however was only big enough to last a couple of weeks. Customer service was excellent though and posted a bigger one (no cost to me) very promptly.

My daughter has used the Happy Nappy Duo all summer and never had a leak. It is well made and comfortable.

Customer support was excellent - quick response and helpful. Only reason not a 5* is you have to pay for returns.

We save so much on disposable diapers from our weekly swim lessons and we always get compliments on how cute my son looks in the designs.

We bought several products for our little one (Happy Nappy and wetsuit) and are very satisfied. The designs are very nice and so far we got no leaks!
We also had s great experience with the customer support team that has been very reactive, kind and professional.

I am very happy with the product. I have got splash shorts for a child in black. This is the only thing that guves me piece of mind when we visit pools. We had to return the first order as it was rather big for ages (my child is skinny and tall). The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.

Great company . The lady on the phone took the time to look at everything for us regarding sizes etc . Would reccomend . They just need to set up PayPal as pay in 3 is a great option for many familys

We had an issue with a swimsuit going bobbly. I can in touch with them and they replaced it straight away..very good customer service would definitely recommend them .

I was unsure about what size product to go for so I contacted customer service and they were able to help without any problems. Friendly team and will to help. Product arrived with no difficulties. Good product.

I ordered the wrong size on a next day delivery, returned them and asked for the appropriate size.
I received an email, 2 days later from Sophie Whitehead, saying they had received my return and would send them out ASAP.
I received my new order the next day, by 3pm.
Absolutely amazing service from Sophie, kept me updated throughout, would definitely use again, and recommend them.

Great swim clothing! We have been using the Happy Nappy swim shorts and costumes for years. They are so well made and last a really long time.

I had an order mix up one time, and the customer service was excellent to get it sorted. Really helpful and quick to remedy a packing mistake. Excellent company and products all round!!

The kids splash shorts are excellent for those with continence issues. They fit under my son’s swim shorts discretely and really do work. My son is now able to enjoy weekly swim lessons and has had loads of fun at the beach this summer. I couldn’t recommend the actual product highly enough!

The only downside is that the sizing is way off. The website calculator didn’t work for me so I contacted customer services. They replied to my email within a couple of minutes and sent a different sizing calculator and sizing recommendation. The suggested size seemed off though, so I ordered two sizes and returned one at my cost.

If they can get the sizing issue right, this company would be second to none.

I had issues with the mat I bought being marked. I contacted the team and they responded immediately and sent out a new mat free of charge. I was very happy with the service.

I was so impressed by the thoughtful customer service when my duo nappy order wasn’t quite the right fit for my toddler. Sarah responded promptly and kindly, arranging a replacement pair that arrived within just a couple of days. Thank you so much again for all your help.

Great product, incredible service when an accidental item was sent but was resolved swiftly!

I have used Splash About for everything swim related since my kids were babies! The Happy Nappy Duos have been SO helpful when my two were learning to swim as the classes wanted a 'double nappy' and I had no idea what that was - was so pleased when I found this brand.
