Roshan did a great job fixing our Nordictrack bike. He arrived on time and made sure everything worked perfectly before he left. First class from start to finish.

Roshan came today to service and check my Elliptical machine. He went above and beyond to fix what he could on the day. He quickly diagnosed additional faults with knowledge and obvious experience. He is friendly, polite, hard working and thorough in his work. Roshan has given me confidence in the next steps needed to fix my exercise equipment. He is a credit to Sports Equipment Engineering Ltd. Thanks so much!

Just had Roshan in to fix my bike and he's done an excellent job. Very friendly, explained the mechanics and to show me how things work in detail. I'll definitely call him again for any future issues.

The booking process was easy and nicely handled by Alana.
From the moment my repair engineer, Roshan, arrived I knew I was in good hands. He was very pleasant and confident he could get my Nordictrack back up and 'running' very quickly.
Unfortunately I explained that the console was now not coming on as well as the original issue we had of the running belt intermittently stopping.
He remained confident and set to work, establishing very quickly that there was a bad power connection on the controller board. He replaced the lead and controller and all is now back up and running perfectly.
I can't speak highly enough of his approach and experience in getting the job done so quickly.

Roshan had advised a time window for his arrival and met it. He explained some routine maintenance that I could do to maintain the treadmill. Upon completion he confirmed what he had done and left the area clean and tidy.

Aug 25: Like others, Roshan the engineer is great. However, the pricing and ordering is in need of improvement. I was directed to them via ProForm as an approved repairer. Described the issue: quoted £156, timescale was reliant on parts delivery. Roshan came (didn’t service it) and said parts need ordering! Subsequently I was quoted an additional £265. I feel like the first quote was a “service fee” which actually was a call-out fee. I had initially described the issue in detail, which Roshan said was a common issue. It is fixed but had I known the total cost would be >£400 I would have replaced the machine.

WARNING Proform Bike Repair

I was told to contact this company by Proform after my Proform bike stopped working in March 2025. . They diagnosed the fault over the phone and gave me an invoice for parts which I agreed to. A few days later, I was told that the part was not in stock and it would take 8-10 weeks to get the part. 2 months later, I called them to chase up and was told it would be 4-6 weeks from then. An engineer visit was arranged mid June. The engineer arrived but could not fit the part so I had to order an additional part. This eventually arrived and another engineers visit was arranged for 24th of July. This had been arranged after 10am as I had work appointments booked in until then. I was contacted after 4pm on the 23rd and told it would have to be at 8am or I would have to wait an additional 2- 3 weeks. The administrator was rude and confrontational during this call. I changed my diary at short notice to accommodate them under duress! The engineer arrived and fitted the new part but was told that the bike was still not working as it was another part that was not working. I would have to order a new part and start the whole process again. £300.00 and over 4 months waiting only to be told that the original diagnosis was wrong. Throughout this whole process I was constantly fobbed off by the office, staff who never returned calls or followed up when they said they would. There was a previous Trust Pilot page with a lot of similar reviews about rude staff and poor service but it has disappeared. I decided to not put myself through this again and bought a new bike from a different manufacturer so I would not have to deal with them again. The only highlight was the engineer who was a really nice guy who tried his best.
