STM graciously price matched with another store and processed the refund for the difference quickly. They were totalling obliging in all aspects. Highly recommend dealing with STM.

Then when it arrived damaged by Aust post, they promptly helped rectify the issue for me! So amazing. Will def be ordering again! Great range, price and customer service. Trifecta 🙌

Hi Tatay you ordered on Saturday during the Black Friday sales. This is historically one of the largest volume sales periods during the year. We managed to dispatch your order on Wednesday which is a little slower than normal for us for which I apologize. We pride ourselves on our quick delivery which can be attested here by the positive reviews we receive for delivery and quick dispatch. The tracking indicates it should be arriving today. You should have received a tracking which you could have entered to update you on where your order was in transit and expected ETA. Alternatively you could have emailed for an update for which we would have gladly accommodated. Again apologies for the inconvenience we have caused you.

Hi Sarah apologies for the later than normal delivery. The Black Friday sales resulted in above average sales and as a result a backlog of orders. I note through the tracking delivery is expected today. This is longer than normal for us which is opposite to what most of our customers experience which is indicated by the many 5 star reviews for our prompt dispatch and delivery. Hopefully if given another chance we will be able to improve our efficiency during these high sales periods like Black Friday Sales etc.
