Excellent service in responding to & resolving an inadvertent error
The suppliers warehouse inadvertently omitted my unit number from the shipping label so it couldn’t be delivered first try. Once notified of the issue, STM were quick to follow up with their supplier, identify the error and update me on what had happened. The error was corrected with the courier straight away and my order was delivered the following business day.
Occasionally errors occur and things don’t go to plan - but could not ask for better customer service to respond to and resolve a problem.

Express shipping pointless
Required the items asap for a getaway. Paid for express shipping, order placed 24/06 items received 30/06…Items didn’t come in time, not happy.

Hi Steve, sorry to hear the order never made it to you in time. I had a look at the order and noticed you ordered on a Saturday. As Australia Post does not pick up over the weekends your order was processed and dispatched on the first available day being Monday. Australia Post does not guarantee next day deliveries anymore and depending on your location delivery times will vary. We could not have processed the order any quicker from our end and although Australia Post are generally reliable and quick(they are the biggest logistics company in Australia) I apologies for it not meeting your expectations. We have very favourable feedback when it comes to the speed of orders arriving to their destination so I am little surprised with Australia Post on this occasion.

Super slow to ship items, incorrect labelling, slow responding chat experience
Super slow to ship items, they labelled the address poorly, unresponsive and slow customer service via live chat/email.
I ordered a snowboard jacket online on Monday night, paid extra for express shipping, where they claim if you order before 12pm the order will be shipped same day and potentially received next day. I contacted STM via chat on Wednesday morning when it hadn’t shipped the day prior. (They claim to contact you within 24 hours if they can’t ship it for some reason). They did not respond. I called them and they stated it would be shipped that day (Wednesday) and I should receive it potentially the next day. They shipped Wednesday night after the AusPost cutoff, so essentially shipped my Monday night order Thursday afternoon (when it was processed by AusPost). According to AusPost, STM labelled the package poorly and it was sent to the wrong sorting facility, meaning I now do not have a jacket for my weekend trip to the snow, due to inability to ship on time, and poor labelling. I hope to receive a refund on at least the shipping.

First time buyer and it was definitely a pleasant one! Purchased new ski boots, the website was easy to navigate, prices were excellent and the postage came super fast. Will definitely be a returning customer, when I need the next piece of gear.
