Hi Malcolm
Sorry for the delay in delivery. The order was placed on Sunday and the product was dispatched on the Tuesday. Usually doesn't take that long to get to Byron however I think the Easter good Friday and Monday has worked against us. We try to get the orders out asap but once it has left us we cannot control Australia Post delivery times. The tracking says it's in transit to Byron. If you haven't received within the next couple of days lets us know and I'll lodge an enquiry.

Didn’t get what I paid for
10 days after purchase of soft board it still hasn’t been shipped. Tracking information is not available and I’m none the wiser if I will get my board. It’s very disappointing

I just checked the tracking and your surfboard has arrived which is great news. There was definitely some delays with the courier for which I apologize. With large parcels they are sometimes reluctant to collect. We chased down the courier on multiple occasions and we communicated this with you several times to keep you informed. Upon booking in for collection the courier company should have sent you updates via email which for some reason hasn't occurred. Sorry for the inconvenience. I hope you enjoy your board.
