The driver went above and beyond, waiting for a short while and then helping to transfer the goods to my vehicle. Very polite and bang on time

Delivery was on time. I had plenty of notice on the day and I was able to track the delivery up till 2 to go when it suddenly arrived. Polite and helpful driver. Furniture arrived in good order. Pleased with the service.

Firstly they were on time! I received clear communication throughout and received a text message giving a half hour delivery slot.
Andy, the driver delivered the boxes into my hallway for me and was very polite and courteous throughout.
I would definitely recommend and use again .

Great service, on time and with a smile! I had large bathroom suite items delivered on a very hot day and Lee, the delivery driver, still had a friendly smile on his face and nothing was a problem for him. Was a great experience.

The driver was very friendly and funny. Carried the packages into my porch which was much appreciated. Delivered on time, and the tracking information was fantastic. Shame some other courier companies don't use the same tracking info.

A delivery service that does what it says it will! Super speedy delivery and I was kept informed of the delivery time throughout, no waiting in all day! The driver was friendly and offered to bring the (heavy) parcel in. I was very impressed with the service and hope more companies will use them!

Really good service

Ordered sink from Plumbworld on Sunday afternoon and just went for free delivery. Next day at 19:30 received text from Stop-Start (courier) stating deliver would be the following day between 07:25-09:25.
Following day about 08:00 received another text giving a tracking link which showed my parcel was next to be delivered. 08:20 parcel arrived delivered by “JAG2” who was really polite and friendly.
Less than 48hrs been ordering and delivery. Can’t fault the service, communication and overall customer service from beginning to end was first class. Would have no hesitation in using both companies again. Many thanks. A*

Fantastic delivery service today.
I was updated yesterday regarding my time slot and again this morning.
I have never heard of stop start before but our delivery man was pleasant, helpful, respectful and on time.

Great delivery service, arrived on time, parked responsibly and Andy was very respectful of my property and my daughter running around. Really appreciated him going the extra mile and putting the boxes inside for me as they were heavy but ensured I could still access all areas! Being that chirpy and helpful that early in the morning is quite a skill! Thanks ever so much.
