Having previously had a very disappointing experience with another estate agent in the area, I can honestly say that Stow Brothers have restored my faith that not all estate agents are the same.

From the outset, Eva’s enthusiasm, professionalism and determination to sell our property were evident. What impressed me most was that this commitment did not stop once the contract was signed. Throughout the entire process, she remained proactive, engaged and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for us.

The results speak for themselves. Within just two weeks, Stow Brothers achieved what another well-known local agent had failed to do in almost a year……they sold our property!

Whilst the conveyancing process has unfortunately dragged on, that is certainly no reflection on Eva or the wider team. Lachlan was always available to assist, chase matters when needed and keep things moving wherever possible.

I rarely leave reviews, and when I do it is usually because I have had a particularly poor experience. However, on this occasion I felt compelled to leave one because excellent service deserves recognition.

If you are thinking of selling a property in Hackney, I would strongly recommend speaking with the team at Stow Brothers. Based on my experience, you will not be disappointed.

We recently sold our property with Stow Brothers and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. We have been incredibly impressed with the dedication and support we received throughout the entire process.
We have been blown away by Victoria, our sales advisor, who has been available 24/7 to answer all our questions and help problem solve all the hurdles we faced. Her level of support truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for all of her hard work and dedication. She was absolutely incredible.
It made such a difference having someone we could call to discuss issues and work through solutions together, rather than feeling like we were dealing with everything alone. As we were in the middle of the chain, communication was vital, and Victoria worked tirelessly to keep information flowing between all parties. She regularly chased solicitors, kept everyone informed, and helped ensure everything stayed on track.
It was an absolute pleasure working with her.
Another thing we really appreciated was that whenever we called the office, someone always answered the phone. It may sound like a small thing, but during what can often be a stressful process, having immediate support and reassurance was incredibly important.
Every time we visited the Stow Brothers office, we were welcomed warmly by the whole team. The atmosphere was always friendly and professional, and everyone made us feel comfortable and valued.

As a first-time buyer, I was fully expecting the process of buying my (dream) flat to be incredibly stressful...how wrong I was! All thanks to The Stow Brothers, and especially my agent Eva Bouzaki, who proved me wrong. I can’t recommend her enough.

There’s a real art to breaking down a complex process in a way that makes sense when you’re doing it for the first time, and Eva does that effortlessly. She's always one step ahead, never letting anything drift, like a superhuman. Almost like having a good friend by your side who has your best interests in mind. Also, being an all-round fantastic (and hilarious) person makes more of a difference than you’d think in this daunting process, trust me. She clearly jobs her love, people!

I was shown a property by Holly, she supported me throughout the process with the referencing and application. It was a smooth and simple process which is many times very daunting.

She kept me up to date in progress and was extremely accommodating with regards to key handover and other requests.

This was a pleasant experience and I am thankful for the support I received from Holly throughout the whole process from the day I had requested a viewing to even after I had moved in!

Would definitely recommend Stow Brothers! The whole process felt streamlined and simple. Holly Chambers helped my friend and I with our recent move and she made the whole experience as easy and stress free for us as possible. She has been really responsive and lovely to deal with.

Dani came to photograph the property and was friendly, respectful and creative. We had fun arranging the space.
Vicki who showed the property was warm, confident and reassuring.
Patrick has looked after the after sales, he has been consistently attentive, and very easy to communicate with.
The whole team are glorious!

Holly was fantastic during our viewings process and kept us updated with any changes throughout. She was friendly and professional and it was clear that she was trying to help us in whatever way she could, thankyou Holly!

She secured me a beautiful river side, first time let in Fish Island at lightning speed. Viewed on Tuesday, agreed and sorted by Friday.

My circumstances weren’t straightforward, but Lauren went out of her way to make it work. She handled negotiations with the landlord brilliantly and helped structure an arrangement so the tenancy could proceed. I genuinely don’t think this would have happened without her persistence and care.

She was calm, responsive, human, and relentlessly helpful throughout. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was handled with total professionalism and empathy.

If Lauren hadn’t stepped in, I honestly don’t know where I’d be. Absolute credit to Stow Brothers Hackney. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.
