We rented with Stow Brothers for 2 years, never experienced any issues and had a very smooth offboarding with clear instructions and full deposit return thanks to Ellie Smith.

My experience with Stowbrothers started right here on Trustpilot when we were looking for the right agent to sell our flat. Seeing a 4.8-star rating made me a bit skeptical at first, but now I completely understand why they earned it.

From initial communications to after-sales care, Stowbrothers are simply excellent. Unlike traditional agents who turn up in fancy suits and overpromise, they bring real confidence and reassurance to the process. I particularly loved their professional yet friendly approach—they truly listened to our concerns, worked around our needs, and gave honest, practical advice on prepping the flat for viewings.

Their strategy delivered immediately: they secured 10 viewings in a single weekend shortly after going to market, resulting in two strong offers and allowing us to choose the right buyer for our home.

Our sale ended up being a long, challenging six-month process, and Poppy—who managed all the communication between us and the buyer—deserves the biggest shout-out. Without her, I honestly don’t think the sale would have completed. She is empathetic, deeply caring, and truly understands how stressful property sales can be, especially within a chain. She acts as the perfect bridge between buyer and seller, maintaining incredible balance, communicating thoughtfully, and responding swiftly every time.
