Rachel Wilson of Leeds office was very thorough in dealing with my matter

Absolutely useless, unprofessional, dishonest liars they are. I approached them for career scarifies compensation after my Ex filed for divorce. At initial meeting Stowe were given all facts and figures (apart from final pension). They promised me substantial share in matrimonial assets reflecting my career scarifies with fee range of £3 to £6k but after signup they sent email career sacrifices settlement not possible as matrimonial assets are less than £15M, had they told me this at initial meeting I would not have signed up. Also lot of error and mistakes, lack of attention to details, plenty of clerical low level work, no legal advice, no solid plan of action and most importantly they did not tell me that other party can go silent and it is nothing they can do about it. Initial meeting was total miss-selling resulted in waste of over 6 months time and £10k loss to me. I have filed complain with legal ombudsman (LO), lets see what happens. If you are unfortunate enough to get divorce, take DIY divorce settlement route or Mediation path. DONOT hire Stowe, they are useless. I will post detailed review later on when I have some result from LO. Stowe did try refund few penis to justify internal complaint process, disgraceful low life bunch

Very knowledgeable and friendly service, both Rebecca and Tamara did an excellent job. Great outcome as a result, would highly recommend.

Customer Service Unprofessional behaviour. I was expecting a call as per schedule and even blocked my time off away from patient care. 0113 4199986 Leeds Team called, btw, I am based in Suffolk. I quickly pick up the phone as I was eager for this appointment, said my usual polite Hello! and I received a lady in low tune humming a musical tone then she put the phone down on me. My appointment was 10/06 @ 9:30am. No courtesy of a second call back and when I tried calling the above number it’s a broken line.

I would highly recommend Stowe Family Law to anyone going through a divorce. Heidi Fleming was my solicitor and her support, no nonsense advice and understanding of the financial aspects were invaluable in getting me the outcome that I wanted. Thanks also to Sarah Sowden who got me through those first difficult months and got things moving initially.

Absolutely awful.All the thousands of pounds spent over year to supposedly help me through a divorce financial agreement was and still not sorted.Ive been chasing them throughout the whole proces.NOT happy at all and will be taking it further

Chloe Flynn has been incredible throughout my very difficult divorce process. Very professional throughout and really empathised with me but it felt like I was speaking to a friend throughout and not just “a solicitor on the end of the phone” that others wrongly perceive it to be like.

I’ve never felt pushed into any decision and Chloe has been super supportive, advising me throughout but also being mindful of the costs too. A lot of people say that the only ones that win are the solicitors but in truth, that has not been my experience at all!

Not with Zoe, she will give you the best advice when it isn't the thing you actually want to hear, but she will expertly articulate why she advocates the action she does.

Zoe Cross has been dealing with my ongoing case and I cannot recommend her and Stowe highly enough. Despite no doubt being very busy she is always able to take my call and comes back to me in a timely manner. She has been very knowledgeable throughout and genuinely seems to care about my case and concerns. She does seem to know the case inside out which is obviously helpful. As many people have stated Stowe aren't necessarily the cheapest firm out there but I do feel my case has been looked after as well as I could have ever asked for so it seems you get what you pay for. I have had regular updates from Zoe throughout and I haven't had to chase her.

Alexzandra Hughes has been dealing with my case for the last couple of years regarding childcare and finances following a messy separation. She has been absolutely fantastic however due to her not being based in Leeds, when it came to the court case, she delegated this to her colleague who was local. I was a little worried and apprehensive about this as Alex has been dealing with me all along. However I didn’t need to worry, Jake Mitchell picked up the case and has been absolutely amazing. Very empathetic and understanding of my situation whilst also being upfront and honest, to set my expectations and get the best outcome for me. I was sent a malicious solicitor letter out of the blue from my ex partner, which was threatening to take me to court if I did not put her on the deeds to my house, and had no idea how to navigate the situation, having never had to seek legal advice before. I found Stowe Family Law online and they won my custom with their transparent approach.
In particular, I want to express my thanks to Zoe Cross, who was my solicitor. She went above and beyond for me, fought my corner and put me at ease through what was one of the most stressful times in my life. She always explained sometimes complex terms in plain English and always ensured she was acting within my best interests and my budget.

Brilliant. Easy relationship and trust building, clear about my rights and a balanced offer in a complex situation from the outset. Willing to work with my perspective of what was the right way to handle things for the best ongoing relationship with my ex for the sake of the children, yet provided clear knowledgeable guidance in an easy way to understand on the legal position. Jake was ptient, friendly and with a sense of humour and perspective that made the whole process as pleasurable and seamless as I imagine it can ever be.

Dreadful service!!! After being guaranteed via email from stowes stating I would be contacted today by a legal adviser from 2.00 to 2.30pm however nobody had called. I called the reception four times to find out what was going on? I received an apology from two receptionists who had sounded very young telling me that they would look into the matter. I had taken a whole afternoon from my busy work for nothing but negligence from Stowes therefore I can openly declare if you use their services it is at your own risk because unfortunately it’s just another case of a solicitor’s office who is not on top of their game. What chance does a client have of being careingly represented? Further more I had begrudgingly placed 1 star only in order to write this review.

I can't recommend Stowe enough, fantastic people who help me through a bad time in my life (divorce), always helpful and guided me in the right direction
