A REAL customer experience

The poor clerical work asides, my bitter experience with this company is that I ended up had to hire a real professional (STEP‑certified) to review and undo the work they had done based on their ill‑advice and misinterpretation of trust law. I am thankful that I was able to revoke the trust they set up for me with HMRC and reverse the changes made with the Land Registry in time. Otherwise, I would have been facing an immediate £65k+ tax bill and ongoing tax liabilities due to income generated by assets that should never have been placed into the trust in the first place, and God knows if there would be other adverse consequences. And even worse, no IHT would have been avoided. One full year and a significant amount of money (their fees plus government charges) were wasted, and I now have to redo my entire estate plan and rewrite my will from scratch. I genuinely thank God for the blessing that I did not pass away while all the mess this company created was still unresolved, leaving the consequences to my family.

Another pop up company

Another pop up company from the stable of this ex-bankrupt director.
Now offering to review your wills and give advice on financial management when he couldn't run his own 20+ businesses and failed to make any money. He's now decided that telling people what to do regarding their inheritance is the way to go - but be warned. He has no legal qualifications in this sector at all - unless you count his brushes with the Law as they investigate him fraud

I may be wrong but I thought the Trust Pilot rules were you had to be a client of a company to post a review. Hilary and Steve Cox made an investment as experience investors in a company I was a director of. I was advised to do a pre-pack administration deal with a trouble building arm just as Covid struck. The Building Company was liquidated and I worked with Lenders on the SPV for a structured winding up and exiting of the various projects . The ONLY company involved in liquidation was the building firm. We worked with Receivers on the others and all the development sites were sold. I was subject to a DTI investigation and not barred as a Company Director. Avon & Somerset Constabulary did launch an investigation because people had made allegations however having taken legal advice I was advised there was probably no case to answer when ALL the facts were known. The Coxes have gone out of their way to post fake reviews and to make numerous complaints to Somerset Council..I am sorry they lost some money but I was not their advisor and all our paperwork has appropriate warnings on. Estate Planning is not a regulated sector but I was a very successful mortgage and protection advisor which includes estate planning .I have also run other successful companies and businesses I also work closely with acknowledged experts on Estate Planning, IHT Mitigation and have a growing bank of happy clients. The problem with the internet is it allows such individuals to post incorrect facts and I have included in our paperwork the fact that they may well come across the Coxs..aka Dumber & Dumber for their rather sad posts

Why would you want to use a so called professional service who post comments like this about you!!!
" oh ffs more b*****ks from dummer and dummer in Berrow..notice you didnt post the "identical" photos..perhaps because one BOS and one WSM try spec savers you wazzo" EXTRACT Taken from the Nextdoor website.
I don't know who the Dummer and Dummer Wazzo is here, seeing he is still under ongoing investigation for FRAUD for the past 4 years.

There you have it folks!!! Strategics Sales Directors reply, who of course is one of their EXPERT LEGAL TEAM. ex Bankrupt and being investigated for almost 4 Years. Yes, 4 Years - Before doing business with any of their employees make sure you have PROOF of any of their claimed current LEGAL QUALIFICATIONS.

By the way! We didn't invest with you! We made you a business Loans for 2 and 3 months. The money was not used for what was agreed and HEY PRESTO it had disappeared.

PS. you should of paid me back.....

Steve and Hilary Cox never have been clients of Strategic Estate Plannig so in posting a false review they breach the Trust Pilot Code.
They were investors in a Company I was a Director of and which collapsed due to problems with a Building Arm. We took professional advice retained professioanls and had an informal CVA agreed which would have seen monies returned to investors over time. However the Coxes were determined this would not work and other investors then came up with an alternative plan.
They have been posting numerous false reviews and inccorect statements wll of which are being noted by my lawyers and they are correct there has been an on going investigation by Avon and Somerset Police. However the Insolvency Service carreid out an investigation and found no reason for me to be banned as a director,
From their posts many people have commented they are not the brightest investors on the planet and probably got involved in somethig that was beyond them.
