I can't praise Audi Liverpool enough
I can't praise Audi Liverpool enough. The whole experience was excellent. From making a phone call to book my car in for a service to dealing with the service team. A special mention for Katie, she is very professional, helpful and friendly. She is a credit to Audi. Well done and keep up the great work.
I would highly recommend this dealership.

What a great experience best dealership in Liverpool by far we went in to look at a new A3 and Alex was great he went the extra mile to make sure the process was smooth we have had experiences at other top quality car dealers in town but they don’t compare we will only ever return to Audi Liverpool for our next vehicle … everyone in the dealership makes you welcome . Took car for a full service
Took car for a full service. Upon picking the car up there was a fresh deep stone chip on the bonnet. It was immediately pointed out and I was informed it would be sorted out. They took Photos of the damage and said they would fit me in with the body repair guys. Called numerous times since but they are waiting on the body repair guy and manager. I’ve heard nothing since. They were very concerned about customer positive feedback which would have been positive if it wasn’t for this outcome.

I would like to take the opportunity to express my gratitude to Simone. On every occasion that I have dealt with Simone she has always resolved any issues I have had. If it wasn't for her assistance it would have been unlikely I would of purchased an Audi from the Liverpool Dealership again. Simone always goes above and beyond and her customer service has been second to none. Simone is a real credit to the company and invaluable member of the team.
