Fantastic service from Saul at Audi. He was brilliant from start to finish—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He’s the reason I came back to Audi for my next car. Highly recommend.

Wow what service we received yesterday! We had popped in to book our TT in for a service only to find that our MOT had run out, obviously we were visible upset about this as we had not been notified ( cars first MOT since purchase) but we had nothing to worry about Faith on the service team was amazing, before we knew it we were sat having a coffee while our car was MOT’d! Faith had been to the service guys to ask if any of them would stay and MoT the car as it was home time for them, I believe it was D. P. Edwards who stepped up and got it done for us . Thank you so much Faith, D.P Edwards ( sorry got the name from MOT certificate) absolutely brilliant customer service, we are so grateful. Also thank you to the lovely lady on the desk next to Faith who was also helpful ( sorry didn’t get your name) We will definitely recommend. EIGHT MONTHS down the line and hundreds of emails later, the issues still have not been resolved. Instead the dealer fails to come through on promises made.

I purchased an S4 in June and on the day of collection a SOS warning light came on. Immediately reported before leaving and was given the option of leaving the car or Milton Keynes would arrange with my local dealer for repairs. Well I wish I had left the car. Several weeks went by and many emails chasing them to speak to the local dealer, finally had the issue diagnosed which isn’t covered by warranty but to add insult to injury, the local dealer found faults totalling £1000 which needed immediate attention.
On further digging the vehicle had missing service history despite being advertised with full Audi history.
Now 8 months on and so many emails to customers services, they have promised to make the repairs however, have failed to come good on this!!!
I will be retuning this car for a refund.

**Update**
Despite the promised reply, so no contact from the dealer. Absolutely ludicrous customer service. Please if you wish to buy an Audi, use any other dealer apart from this one!

Great service from Milton Keynes Audi.

Warranty work was carried out promptly, so that I had my vehicle back before Christmas.

Staff always friendly and knowledgeable, especially Susannah.

Unfortunately the Audi A3 I purchased from this dealership has had several problems: the fuel cap mechanism has failed; the air conditioning is not functioning correctly and the horn isn’t operating due to water ingress.

I have taken my car into Audi on several occasions to get the issues fixed. Whilst the fuel cap has been sorted, the service team have been unable to fix the air conditioning issue and are yet to complete the horn work. We’ve taken the car into Audi 3 times for the air conditioning but the problem persists.

I have been waiting for over a month to discuss the next steps with Audi and yet my emails are largely ignored. When I do receive a reply I’m told someone will get in touch soon. I am still waiting.

The service we received from the sales team was excellent but the service team have really disappointed us in terms of customer service. Sadly we were warned about this by a family friend who has also purchased a car from this Audi dealership.

It’s a shame that these garages are desperate to take your money and yet when things go wrong they are seemingly disinterested in terms of putting the matter right.

Impossible to get a courtesy car even booking 3 months ahead.

i bought my car on 24 October (KN70 NXY),since then im desperate to get it fixed the car has been a nightmare to drive faulty since i purchased it,

let me start from the sales team because i bought the car from them,i have been not made aware that driver side has a windscreen chip,gearbox oil was done 7.5 thousand miles later then audi recommends and im sure the team was aware because they did a gearbox oil change 2 days before i took the car,also i asked 2 times about the quattro system oil service i been assured and told that this is a lifetime oil and now service whant me to pay for it, i will explain shortly,

as i was driving the car home i start having a rummbling binding juddering noise from the wheels, i contacted Charlotte from sales by email to make her aware of the issue she suggested to call service team they will sort it out, 3 weeks later i got appointment i made my visit to the workshop at the evening they hand me back the car without proven paperwork whats been done, they told me its should be fixed unfortunately it wasnt,

then i called the workshop to make them aware that the issue is still there,got another appointment nearly 3 weeks later, made my second visit also i told them that im having other issue with the car on phone and in person aswell,i have been asked
to make a testdrive with a technician which we did he confirmed all my concerns writed down on paper,half of my concerns hasnt even been reported back to uppon my arrival,they havent fixed my car second time either,

now they telling me i need to pay for awd oil to be changed which should be lifetime sales team confirmed when car was purchased,

i have reported concerns about gearbox they wasnt addressed properly at the workshop,then i found out that the gearbox oil service was 7500 miles late and wasnt even done properly filters werent changed all the bolts original, oil been filled and drained only the main concern is it was done late and the car is AUDI APPROVED,

since my second visit to workshop when they found out the gearbox oil service was late and the rummbling was there when i bought the car nobody returning my calls or emails

in a result of this i start hating the car
its so unpleasant to drive with the rummbling and a clunky gearbox i dont really know how this will be resolved, i have contacted Audi uk to help me with the case also filed a complaint with Lloyds Bank as i have the fiance with them

Got my new used car 0n 31st oct 2025 and just had another two issues with it ! Rear washer jets have stopped working and the MMI unit has had to be reset another TWO times ! - along with all the other issues at purchase !! this really is very upsetting !

Data left in the cars old owners , GPS data left inside car from old owner , Tyres mismatched ( this was resolved upon a return to dealer)
UTR camera not working had to be reset by me the end user, on board GPS and maps etc, ran out 27 days after I took ownership !
then Audi want over £300 to turn them on and keep working !! , then App in car / phone stopped working and logged me out for two days
due to a tech issues , MMI / apple car play stopped working and had to have unit reset again, it now has issues allowing you to use the two users in the car option and change Apple car play from my wife to I . Then still to get any paper work in post regards the ownership of car !! 9th dec !!
only had one small email regards this . Have complained four times and had replies from Customer relations via email but Still yet to speak to anyone which the mails say will happen !! POOR SHOW very upset with your services . regards Jason harvey 07774781810 9th dec 2025

Just the ease of getting my vehicle booked in.Charlea in the service department did all the work for me. I just sat back, enjoyed my coffee and all the work was done.Audi speaks for itself but with Charlea in your team your even better, just superb thank you.

I feel the attention to detail at Milton keynes is really lacking

Poor service with lack of feed back requiring chases

All the staff i spoke too were extremely polite and friendly, which made it a nice experience for me. The servicing and other work was done very quickly and efficiently and my car was returned immaculate. I'd like to mention Suzanne Irons who was extremely helpful and done me great deal on my servicing and new tyres.

Not happy at all after doing my gear box service and error keeps coming up and I have contacted the service team and they said someone will contact me and unfortunately it is a week now I haven’t heard back from them

They fit me in within a few days, prepared a video health check on the car and carried out the work efficiently. Great service all round!

The Service advisors kept my updated through out Susannah and Paige are absolute stars and went above and beyond

The service was excellent from start to finish.
