Dealt with Bash through the whole buying experience and have to say that the service we received from him was first class.
Communication was excellent as he got back to me promptly and as promised.
He went out of his way checking if the car had arrived in the UK and worked around our hand over requests.

The salesman was great answered all our questions and was very helpful.

We had a EV charging problem with our 16 months old ix3, very stressful as it couldn't charge the car, went in for diagnostic and advise, work shop couldn't help, but Rui the customer relations manager was extremely helpful as usual, advised and tried to help. After we got home, it failed to rectify the issue, called Rui back, after long conversation we left him with the issue for him to contact HO for advice.
Within hours, he came back with a solution. What a Star. A real credit to the dealership and BMW to recognise such talents with customers and keep customers happy and satisfied. We stay with BMW because of the customer care, mainly Rui😂👍👏

So bought a 2021 plate BMW x3 40i from stratstone Hull the sales person was Mohammod Miah he was very present and helpful from start to finish, the day I picked the car up he had put the black silk cover over the car and the grandchild had the honours to reveal it,great gesture and nice touch, many thanks would recommend stratstone bmw Hull on their excellent service

Great experience dealing with Stratstone Hull when buying my new M240i, particularly with Steve Briggs and Jack Beeston. They sorted me out with an M240i test drive for 24 hours which they especially brought in from another dealership, which was much appreciated. They were professional, knowledgable and friendly throughout. Would certainly buy another car from them when it’s time to change again.

Had a great experience with BMW Stratstone Hull, in particular with Bash. He’s a top sales person, he clearly explained the whole process from initial call all the way to the follow up call a week later. He has been very accommodating from start to finish and remained helpful even after the sale. I will definitely look at coming back to Stratstone Hull :) despite the 3+ hour drive from Suffolk.

I don’t often leave reviews, but in this case it’s well deserved. I recently took delivery of a BMW iX50 after having a brief conversation with Will Houldridge, based in Hull. He understood my requirements, listened and advised accordingly. I admit, I’m not the easiest of customers! I placed my order knowing it was going to be a few months but it was delivered to site. I was kept updated throughout the build. The car actually arrived earlier than anticipated, which was fantastic. It was fully prepared ready for my agreed handover. Will was extremely professional throughout, and explained as much or as little as I wanted to know. I wish him well with his career and his house move. 10/10 Will. Thanks again. Mark Schofield.
