Honestly the worst dealership I've been too terrible sales terrible management terrible attuide to the point the broke the agreement and now there there will be a lawsuit in place for breaking contract I spoke to bmw finance there where great actually saying they broke there contract but not doing what they should of and they still not saying its there fault to the point they won't answer the phone dont go anywhere near them

buying the vehicle was the easy bit
its the broken promises and shambles of picking up the car. things missing not done. promieses broken

still outstanding weeks later then they try to say. nothing we can do now

Great service from Kamal, knew exactly what we wanted and delivered. Can’t recommend highly enough.

This is the first and last BMW I will ever purchase. Bad customer service doesn’t even cut it with this branch. Unprofessional and inept. Trying to get through to them via phone is an exercise in futility. Once they have your money they literally don’t care if your car falls apart. It’s about commission for them… not doing a good job. Very, very poor.

We had a first rate experience at the Leeds dealership. We couldn’t fault the staff for their attention to detail, their friendliness and first rate service. They were attentive, gave us the time we needed and they were exceptionally kind to our dog. Each member of staff we encountered couldn’t have been more pleasant. Really poor customer service - I received emails, letters in post and texts about their amazing sale event they had on for September, so I got a settlement on my current car, next day was called by central team asking if they could get the Leeds sales team to call me to look at a new car, I said yes, Nathan called, I told him what I was looking for, he gave all the usual sales pitch trying to get me to come down, but I explained my wife and family work in car sales and wouldn't come down until I received figures, so we wouldn't be wasting each others time, he agreed, then never called back. A week later a call from a sales lady (can't remember name) she didn't seem to know Nathan had called, he probably didn't log on their system, I explained same to her and she said should would do much better, she did call back and offered a an amount for my part-ex which was around £3,000 lower than what Carwow and Webuyanycar offered, what she didn't know, was that I had my family member in the industry "cap" the car at much higher than what they offered, as there were at the time only 7 x 330Es in the country for sale and mine was the only one with high spec packages on so would be worth more, she said she would speak with manager and call back, she never did. There was also no clear discount on the price for being a loyal customer who's bought 2 x cars off them already, which they claim to offer, along with the apparent sale they had on. In short, they tried ripping me off with value of my part-ex and couldn't be bothered to call back, even if just to say they couldn't work out a better deal.

I've just bought a 330e from Kamal at Stratstone BMW Leeds. I'm really happy with the car and Kamal was excellent, really friendly and went the extra mile, easy to deal with from start to finish. Top service as you would expect from BMW.

I received a phone message whilst on holiday from Nathan asking me to call him back ,been abroad I emailed and online messaged to say I would call on my return which I did ,unfortunately Nathan was busy and was told he'd ring me back ,I got a return call that rung once which I missed so rang back immediately to find he was busy again and asked for my car milage and he would call me back as they had some cracking deals on a upgrade to which I was interested, that was over a week ago n still no call back ,I even went to the dealership to look at a brand new x3 but no one looked the side we were on or even spoke to us so we left .your loss I won't deal with u now I find it bad buisness and rude

Arranged to have vehicle in to replace faulty door speaker and drive train check 3 weeks in advance. Turned up to drop car off , no record of booking. Said to leave it and it would be sorted. Chased an update at 3pm , don’t have part need to rebook and someone will call back. No call back, went to collect unfixed car and now to rebook. Maybe understaffed but its easy to call back

AVOID AVOID AVOID worse than Mr D turpin, say you have a 14 day cooling off period and sell your car within 2 days so if you want your car back its gone they lie lie lie,had issues from day 1 of taking car which led to more issues these guys are crooks, customer service is zero you have been warned to avoid.Cant drive car no car for work dont even offer you courtesy tell you no they just dont care about there customers once sign the dotted line. Now say sorry once didnt care and leave negative review no wont be calling should treat better in first instance.Been warned sont believe fake positive reviews they never conact you thats why they ask you to contact them why? you should be contacting the customer which yous never do customer service is zero so is the head office so stupid put you in contact with the person you are complaining about again yous have been warned to avoid this company.Just to say since this company dont care about customers you have rights within the first 30 days you can reject the car if there are issues under the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 30-day short-term right to reject a car that is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described. To reject the car and get a full refund, you must exercise this right within the 30-day period by informing the seller and providing evidence of the defect. If the issue appears after 30 days but within six months, it is the seller's responsibility to prove the car was satisfactory when sold; after six months, the consumer usually bears the burden of proof hope help s people who dont know this. i excersised my rights gor a full refund within 5 days although i did want my car back which said was sold when was on there partners forecourt so now in process of taking them to court they lie lie lie.will keep adding to this review so still appears at top to warn people this was the strastone bmw sales where my issue was and still ongoing. Update contacted head office regarding dealings and complaint they putt me back to th eperson the complaint is about OMG said my complaint is about that person hey replied thats who deal swith it asked to deal with someone higher told no one although there is so not interested nor want to deal with complaints so my advice do what im doing going to ombudsman about these crooks. ONCE SIGN THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. Update still pointing me to the direction of the person who the complaint is about all say he is the head of that department and deals with the complaints clearly they are not listening and dont care or dont want anyone else to deal with the complaint again been warned do not buy from them.

Just very poor service all round ! Wakefield bmw are a class above an only 10 miles away.

Dropped off my vehicle at Stratstone Bmw Leeds 9.15am for a health check and diagnostic check regarding a eml light which kept intermittently coming on and starter battery low. Eventually got seen by a staff member. I had to self check in the car as no staff about. Personally I would like to be seen by a advisor. Never received a call back to say car was ready all day. I called the service center twice once around 2pm staff member answered took my details never received a progress update. Called back around 5pm phone kept ringing and ringing no answer. The place was about to close at 6pm so decided to travel all the way from Bradford not knowing the status of my vehicle as I needed the car back urgently. Eventually got there before closing time waited to be seen by an advisor. Funny how I received a health check video after I made payment. The invoice received doesn't even mention what the actual fault is regarding the eml light on the dash. Requested car to be washed on the self check in and they never bothered. Sorry won't be taking my vehicle to this place ever not a good experience.

I want to say a very big thank you to Kamal at Stratstone Leeds. I’ve recently purchased a used vehicle from them & the whole process was so easy. Kamal was very helpful, professional and such a friendly chap. Thank you.

Just had a loan vehicle cancelled the day before my car was due into Stratstone BMW Leeds for a software update and small service (oil & filter change). I live almost an hour away from Leeds and had arranged to do other stuff in Leeds while Stratstone dealt with the car. I still have to go into Leeds and rearrange the car work with another garage. Apart from the ridiculous charge for the service, the main problem is they do not employ enough people to answer the phone. The explanation given for cancelling the loan car was unbelievable and I suspect it was allocated to someone else. I bought the car from Stratstone and have had other problems with Stratstone. This is the final time I will have anything to do with them.

Cancelled my service on the day twice. After the firs time, they rebooked me a few days later and promised it would be done in 3 hours so that I could get my car back in time for a long trip. But after 3h they hadn't even started the service. They claimed this was due to staff off sick but they made no attempt to let me know this problem. I was kept on hold for 20 min when I called to check - I gave up in the end and just came to the dealership. Then I was kept waiting in person at the dealership for just as long. Significant costs were incurred in journeys and taxis. But when I asked for those to be re-imbursed, they were unable to help beyond suggesting I complete a feedback form on their website. This is not the service you'd expect from a premium brand. There is no email on their website to contact them either.

I recently took my car in for a service at BMW Leeds and had a great experience. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Hari, who quickly signed me in. Jacob looked after my servicing, which was a minor one, and everything was handled efficiently.
I was also offered a complimentary car wash and vacuum, which was a nice added touch. Although I encountered a couple of issues with my booking, both Hari and Jacob went out of their way to resolve them quickly and professionally. They worked with me over the phone to find the best possible solution.

Having received an email with a slightly confusing offer from Stratstone Leeds I decided to contact Helen from the motorbility section to get verification.
A polite William answered my call and proceeded to tell me Helen was actually on her day off. He said he would send her an email and ensure she called me the next day at my time of choosing which was 10.00 am.
I waited all day until close of business and nothing from Helen.
I can’t be bothered with fake customer service rubbish. It they can’t make the effort of a courtesy call then they are not worthy of my time.
I have read the many negative reviews. Each time a robotic response is generated. The response is somewhat patronizing. They repeatedly say they will take the feedback on board and improve their customer service. If this were the case and they had improved that many times they would be the best in the industry. The top two people of this dealership should step down and give someone else a chance to improve the customer service.
Pay close attention to the response they give to my negative review.
Let’s guess it will be robotic and not genuine we are sorry on this another occasion?

Jack Turner a real credit to Stratstone and BMW was so helpful and nothing was to much would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used BMW service was excellent from both Jack and Curtis 10 out of 10 very happy customer 😀

They sell defective cars - once they have your money customer service is non existent. I’ve since taken my complaint to the financial ombudsman who agreed with my complaint and ordered them to reimburse me and pay compensation. I would strongly advise you to avoid stratstone Leeds!
