My partner recently booked his BMW in with Stratstone Leeds on Geldard Road, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, Sam, the Service Manager, went above and beyond to ensure we received exceptional customer service. He kept us informed every step of the way, making sure we fully understood the process and prioritizing our booking to prevent any loss of income due to missing work while our car was being fixed. His professionalism and proactive communication truly stood out.

Kate, from the service reception team, was equally incredible. She kept in constant contact with us, providing regular updates over the phone, which made us feel reassured and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Her friendly and approachable demeanor made the whole experience stress-free and seamless.

What impressed us even more was how efficient and organized the entire team was. The car was fixed quickly and to a high standard, with the team ensuring no details were overlooked. They also took the time to explain the issue with our faulty battery and the steps taken to fix it, which we really appreciated.

The attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care from both Sam and Kate reflect the exceptional service culture at Stratstone Leeds. It’s rare to find a company so committed to its customers, and it’s clear that they take pride in delivering top-notch service.

I have had numerous cars in at BMW Leeds for repairs and I have also had them fixed in a timely manner by a hard working team. Very Pleased.

Please avoid this garage, I would give 0 stars or minus if possible. Absolutely shocking customer service: I arrived at 8.07 and spoke to a member of the service team, who told me to take a seat. At 8.47 no one had spoken to me, so I then returned to the service desk who apologised for forgetting about me. I explained given where I live I would sit and wait for the single tyre change. At 10.07 I then returned to the desk and asked if they had an indication of the time it would be ready. I opted to go for a walk.The woman explained the car was in the workshop and she would call once ready. As I walked outside the car was in the same spot as when I arrived and not in the workshop at all. I was astonished to have been lied to. I then went for a walk and on my return at 11.07 I asked for an update. I was then told the tire wasn’t in stock (despite me booking the car in 3 days earlier), and told to return at 3 pm. I was genuinely shocked; why not tell me on arrival rather than waste my day off in the waiting room. I returned at just after 3, and was told at 5 the car was complete. I then was asked to pay, despite me stating on my online booking form I was with a warranty company and they would pay. They were then unable to contact the warranty company so I had to pay using my own money. At this point I had no energy and just wanted to leave so I paid myself. I then finally opened my car and what a surprise the car had not been valeted. I have been to many bmw garages and the service is always excellent. I am utterly shocked at my experienc today. To be lied to, messed around and waste an entire day for what should be routine repair is appalling. Just an awful experience and not uncommon listening to the other issues customers had today.

Don’t even attempt to give this place a chance. I won’t even discuss how BMW have disappointed me ever since double booking the car I had initially bought. I was promised they won’t let me down this time. Instead made me drive 25 miles, to not even have anyone attend to me when I had a clear booking.
Let me tell you, the dealership was NOT even busy.
The receptionist was sat on her phone on Snapchat and the other member of staff, could clearly see I had waited nearly an hour and was free as she kept chatting to receptionist about Christmas decided to ignore me.
If you even actually want to deal with this dealership, avoid Harrison. Disappointing and very tardy.
I will no longer even attempt to deal with such a disgusting dealership. You missed out on a cash sale.

My recent car buying experience at BMW Stratstone, Leeds was nothing short of exceptional. A special shout out to Kamal Choat of sales team who was incredible and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable process. This is fifth car I’ve bought and found the experience outstanding, from the moment I walked in the door to the final paperwork. I am thrilled with my new BMW 3 Series and would wholeheartedly recommend Kamal and BMW Stratstone Leeds to anyone in the market for a new car.

Looking to renew my PCP deal, searching for the best/right car for our situation. The dealer (Miles) was very helpful and supportive, providing us with good advice and helping us get the best deal we could for our situation and circumstances.

If I could leave zero stars I honestly would.

Purchased from this garage earlier this year. Uncovered an issue with the car and took it to BMW Birmingham. It took 2 weeks for these guys to liase with Birmingham. Had to get involved ourselves it was like dealing with children. We shouldn’t be middle man between two “professional businesses” After LOTS of calls they finally reacted. They then Took my father in laws car on 24th October. We’ve been ignored and fobbed off time and time again. They STILL have the car with no response or real answers!!! Finally got told car will be ready today, to chase chase and chase again and get told “it’s not ready” and there’s another issue but they won’t explain what. Disgusted and will not stop telling everyone about the horrific service till this is resolved. Everyone at this garage has the worst customer service skills in history. Horrified!

Great experience with BMW Leeds. We were initially greeted by Hari on reception who had a smile on her face, made us feel welcome, and told us that someone from the sales team would be with us shortly. Nathan soon approached us and showed interest in us as people and especially in what the individual wants/needs were for my son in law who the car was for. We never felt pushed once and everything was explained in a way that he could understand it and very engaging. Thank you for a positive experience Nathan and Hari 😊 😊

AVOID!!! Update 2 on my bmw M4 which I bought in good faith from bmw Leeds.
After contacting bmw Stratstone Leeds on a number of occasions without joy I decided to call BMW assist this week given the coolant was leaking at a rate of 2L per day. Within 2 minutes the BMW technician diagnosed the issue was a leaking radiator, and was surprised that Leeds did not diagnose this given that the car was in their workshop twice. The car was towed to Vertu BMW for repair. What a different experience and service Vertu BMW provided compared to Stratstone Leeds.
If you want piece of mind and aftersale customer care i would highly reccomend NOT using the Stratstone Leeds franchise.
As you can see from their generic responses to several negative reviews on here, their customer care is just fake. They dont communicate, dont care once they get your money. I will be logging a complaint with BMW as to how they are devaluing such a great brand.

Frist off I've had 2 times I've had to bring my car back to the dealer ship with issues both times I have been looked after so so well its not even a joke you'd think I'd be making it up. First time I bought my car on the 27th of December last year. I was so exited about picking it up I told my boss yea im off to get my car and then I'll come to work. 11 hours after taking delivery I had a EML pop up so next day took it down with it being the week between Christmas and New year I was put stright into a curtesy car and was on my way. Bought a 218i and put in a new 118i. After this I sang praises about this dealership to all my friends and family because of how well they looked after me. Flash forward to yesterday. Just had my car serviced as I do a fair few miles a year and the car has kept thronging engine management and drive train warnings the day before the service and afterwards there was a bad squeaking from the back of the engine. Took ot down to bmw at 530 half hour before they closed dropped it off. Very cheekily asked hari if I could have a courtesy car as my girlfriends car is currently having its timing chain done and we'd have no way to get to work or pick up our son from his dad's. Harri was stright on the phone to one of the bosses arranging a car for us. Can not thank you enough harri every time I've been in even just for a browse at the M cars giving me inspiration to work harder you have been lovely. Hamish and jp sorted out a car and I was expecting a 1 series like last time. But when I was asked would a 5 series be okay? Absolutely it would. That's what customer service is treat your customers well and they will keep comming back. I never intend on buying a car from anywhere else from now now. If there's any impression my dear friend aj left on me before he died was always by a bmw from the dealership best cars best service. I can not thank you guys enough for everything you have done for me. Thank you to mark so being a top sales guy who helped me put me in that car in the busy weired time that it's Christmas and new year whilst I worked in retail doing 12 hour days running up to Christmas. Can not recommend this dealership enough to anyone. Apart from the harrogate branch they didn't offer me a job after an interview hahaha but seriously best service I have ever received
