3 stars given as I found the lack of updates, was disappointing, also wasn’t happen when I went to pick my car up, some paint from another car was present on mine, ok it was put right before I left, but more care is needed when moving vehicles about in their yard

Amazing service
Just want to say the customer service here is amazing! The lady who I booked my recall in with (she was so awesome and amazing, sorry did not get her name) everything was so smooth with the booking.
Peter was fab - I’m at a little bit of a maze but he found it. Called me before collection to say how long and when collecting too.
Absolutely amazing service was given. Thanks so much.

Peter collected the car from my house this morning and Gary returned it this afternoon all washed. The lady at the garage was very polite and efficient.
