Over a month since our awful experience…
Over a month since our awful experience and my last review and still nobody has been in touch to resolve the problem despite them saying they would. I strongly recommend avoiding purchasing a Land Rover at all costs based on the terrible customer service we have received.

Stratstone staff were great however the issue is down to Land Rover and their supply chain for parts, I waited over 6 weeks for parts. I've been driving range rovers for the past 25 years, will be having a rethink when I need my next car.

warning dont visit this place or they will cause 100s of pounds damage
i dealt with shantlee and shes extremely rude person pathetic behaviour they damaged my car staring colum during software update.
they damaged my stereo buttnin and asking me 1400 pounds for repair on my service record in error she put high milage i corrected them.
extemely rude person never go there or you will end up damaging the car shantlee intentionally ignore customers and extremely rude person ever

The service is great!
For the last 5 years I have always dealt with the jaguar grange group and have been unhappy every time with their service. What a difference this makes....i have mainly dealt with Sarah and she is fantastic. She has kept me updated and informed and is an absolute credit to your company. Well done on putting customers first, it really makes a difference.
I ordered a new car a couple of months ago and was pleased to be moving away from Jaguar because of my previous dealings with Grange.....If i had this experience i would be staying with Jaguar. Customer service really makes a difference.

Wonderful Customer Service
Great customer service received from Keeley from the outset, this is vital when arranging booking and collection of vehicles. A lovely friendly person at the end of the phone and emails, rather than an automated system. Keeley was wonderful, a great asset to JLR.
