Stratstone - Mayfair Jaguar レビュー 

Warning to everyone looking to purchase a new electric car. Please do not trust Stratstone BYD, signed a new PCP finance on the 21nd of June in their Mayfair branch and picked up the new car on the 22nd of June.
My financial circumstance changed and I contacted the dealer on the 25/06/2024 to advice I can no longer afford the car because of the change in my circumstance. The person that sold me the car is saying there is nothing he can do that his manager will contact me but now they are refusing to speak to me.
I contacted the Santander and informed only the dealer can cancel the contract and even sent a email to confirm this, this email was also forwarded to BYD.

I have made more than a dozen telephone calls but they are refusing to speak to me, I am told the manager is in a meeting and will call me back, also told there is no manager in the Mayfair branch to contact Milton Keynes this has been going on for over 10 days.

Also found although I was told the car is carpetable with all charger found that it was not compactable with my home charger.

I believe BYD are pushing me to a situation that will ruin my credit rating.

I have just taken delivery of my new I Pace. It was delivered by Peter who was such a gentleman and extremely helpful in explaining the key functions of the car and set everything up for me. Thank you so much.

I recently purchased a used Evoque from another dealership. Unfortunately the salesman did not show me any features of the car. Delivery, 250+ miles from Mayfair, was exceptional. Peter kept me up to date regarding ETA and on arrival took the time to explain the hand over process.

Throughout I was treated with respect, curtesy and kindness for which I am very grateful. Buying a car, I had never seen before was, at first, a daunting prospect but, as I was in the safe hands of Moshin and Peter, I had no reason to be worried.

Thank you both so very much. I have had not one regret about buying the car and enjoy driving it every day. I strongly recommend potential buyers to contact Stratstone - Mayfair Jaguar.
