The whole Stratstone, Lakeside dealership is an experience in itself. Their inventory is eye-popping and your head will spin with the multiple choices and options. The second your foot enters the store, the terrific ladies at reception take the greatest care of you, regardless of the purpose of your visit. Top marks all round.

Kayleigh was welcoming and helped me set up my Mercedes Me app and show me all the benefits to the app such as remote package. She also assisted in getting my car serviced at my timed booked slot.

Dropped car off and picked up before the end of the day. Rear true had a slow puncture which was fixed and cleaned the car too.

Main Reception was busy on arrival. Receptionist looked a little hassled but gave me a huge smile when it was my turn.
Stuart my first contact from Cosmetic repairs came to meet me and once checked in and oriented was left to wait with coffee, for Josh, who I had also spoken to on the phone. He went through the loan car admin. Then took me to the loan car and explained controls.
All good.

Returned next day, checked out the wheels, all 4 corners refurbished and did they look good.
Paid for work done and loan of car and went on my way. All in all a happy bunny! Thank you.

Very friendly staff,soon as I brought my vehicle in for a service and mot was offered a courtesy car so I wouldn't be waiting all day at the dealership,was pleasantly surprised since I didn't book for one .

!! Buying an approved used Mercedes from them is a nightmare !!

Buyers beware: serious concerns regarding their Approved Used inspection standards and aftersales support.

Latest Update:

I had to take the vehicle to an independent specialist to finally fix the instability. The cause was two buckled alloys, wheel misalignment, and wheel imbalance which all missed by this dealership across three diagnostic visits.
The communication was very bad and unacceptable. The service was terrible.

The main issue:
I bought a two years old Approved Used car from this dealership, but it has had a major stability issue from day one. After taking it back twice, their team insisted nothing was wrong. I then took the car to an independent alignment specialist who discovered that two wheels were diagonally toed-in which confirmed the instability was real and completely missed by the dealership. To make matters worse, the instability returned just two days after the alignment, pointing to a much deeper mechanical issue. I’ve already visited them three times and feel they are actively avoiding taking responsibility. I will update this review based on how they handle the next steps….

Day 1:
I was booked in for an 8:00 AM diagnostic appointment (opening time), but the car remained untouched all day.
I received no updates throughout the day and had to call them myself at 4:00 PM after noticing on my tracker that the car hadn't moved. Only then was I informed it would need to stay overnight. The next day was no different and I had to chase them myself to get the car checked and get updates. Really disappointing!

Day 2:

They did test driving the car and checked it but they didn’t find out the wheel alignment issue.

Day 3:

Even after I proved the instability returned two days after being corrected indicating a deeper mechanical fault, their response was to charge me for a diagnostic inspection. They've explicitly refused to cover the repair if the steering rack is faulty, claiming it’s not covered by warranty and washing their hands of all responsibility simply because the sale is complete.
