There's something about Jamie. Jamie Maslin that is!

We've just bought our first all electric Mini Cooper SE Sport from Stratstone Mini Hull and couldn't be happier with the service we've received from the very first contact with Jamie upto the follow up call to check we are happy with everything, after a month of ownership. Jamie is knowledgeable, personable and honest, one of the two best car sales executives we've ever come across, and we've met a few ( inc Honda, Mini, Hyundai, VW x3, Renault, Cupra, Skoda,BMW, Land Rover and Toyota, since 2015).
We'd be happy to recommend Jamie to anyone, we dealt remotely with Hull Mini, and although we live 130 miles away in Newcastle under Lyme, were kept informed and updated at every stage of our purchase.
The car is fabulous and exactly what we wanted, Jamie was brilliantly professional and communicative and even has a great sense of humour.
Ring him for your next car, you won't be disappointed.

P.S. And no, we aren't related to him.

Tried to twice to get a quote using their website box, but without success. Got a reply apologising and their head of Servicing then assured me that someone would contact me on the following Monday, but nobody did.
Then tried their customer service email address 3 days ago, but again no response whatsoever. Given this appalling experience, I cannot recommend this major BMW MINI enterprise, unlike the nearby BNTEC.

They eventually responded with an another apology but added that in order to quote me for the driver's window repair I would need to pay them around £250 for an "investigation," prior to receiving any repairs quote!

I just bought a black Mini from Josh and honestly—he is AMAZING. The car was perfect… until I scuffed the alloys on day two (entirely my fault, and I’m still annoyed at myself!).
From the moment I sat in the driver’s seat asking, “Umm… how do I start it?”, Josh was patient, upbeat, and incredibly kind. His knowledge, humour, and genuine care made the whole experience completely stress-free and actually fun.
Josh didn’t just sell me a car—he gave me a full VIP experience. I felt looked after from start to finish, and he went above and beyond in every possible way.
Truly the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re buying a car, go to Josh. He’s an absolute star.

Purchased a number of cars from them in the past. Took my latest Mini for an MOT for the ‘while you wait’ service which I can luckily take time to do at the moment. Kirsty was fab, service was top notch AND my car was cleaned. Fabulous experience thank you all so much.

Stratstone mini Hull and Jamie Maslin are absolutely top tier. I have just got my 3rd mini and this is my fave. They have all been excellent and the services have been great too. Jamie is spot on . Knows all you could want to know, sets you up and makes you feel totally at ease. Jamie and all the other staff are friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend Jamie and Stratstone enough.

Collected our New Aceman 27th Feb 25. Excellent service from Josh, following the whole process through from sales to handover. Made everything stress free, at handover Josh made the experience real with a full demonstration of how the Aceman works and the mini connected app.

I collected my new mini Aceman last week. The customer service experience from Craig is exceptional, with superb product knowledge, and no hard sell.
From the very first contact to driving away with my new car, I have found Craig very professional, informative and very easy going, he has communicated throughout my Mini experience . He matched me up with a vehicle that was suitable for my personal needs.
I absolutely love my new car.

I had a concern about my Mini on Saturday morning and as I was passing I decided to pop in and ask about it. I half expected to be told to go away and stop fussing but no.
Ollie was extremely helpful courteous and very kind. He sorted it out, while I had a lovely conversation (about cars of course) with Julie. Thank you. It means a lot.

I have been using Stratstone Hull for all my car servicing for the last 4 years and Kirsty in mini is always professional, helpful and communicative. I do book a loan car in advance which is a huge advantage.

Simply the best. We recently collected a New Mini from Sarah Dilkes - what a superstar, superb product knowledge and absolutely no ‘hard sell’ whatsoever. Plus as this was a factory order Sarah remained fully engaged and informative throughout the production process. Even when Mini had supply issues there was no attempt to hide and all queries were handled quickly and efficiently. The car was turned out beautifully and we must admit well worth the unwanted wait :-) We have also used StratStone Mini Hull for servicing a previously owned Mini. Brilliant, not cheap but a video of the work and the car fully cleaned on collection. Faultless. In short if you want to buy a Mini give Sarah a call!

Fantastic service from start to finish from Jamie Maslin who I believe is new to Mini in Hull, I wouldn't have know, a real natural, very honest & genuine guy. Jamie was up against it when I asked for a one day turn around/hand over due to being without a car & he didn't disappoint & all with a smile on his face & some petrol in the car !!

Can not fault the service received, Craig was great with me and nothing to much to trouble for him, I had chosen my car online as I live to far to go and look at in person Craig made a personal video for me highlighting everything. The sale went smoothly and my car was delivered on time. A very happy customer and will definitely use Stratstone again in the future. Thankyou Craig for all your help :-)

This is the fourth Mini I have bought from Stratstone Mini in Hull. From first walking into the new showroom to the delivery of my Mini Cooper S was a very good experience. Sarah was first class and kept me informed about the delivery date ect. I look forward to doing business with Stratsone in a couple of years time.

This is a great dealership if you are looking for a Mini. I would highly recommend Steve who looked after me but I am sure the whole team is as customer focused.
