I can’t recommend Struts Depot highly enough.I’ve dealt with them over the last 18 months and from my very first contact they’ve always been friendly, helpful and understanding.

Recently, I had an issue with my gas struts and contacted them for help. They went above and beyond and, after looking at the situation, replaced them with a brand new set completely free of charge.

They’ve also been incredibly helpful in the past, taking the time to work out the correct measurements and positioning for my particular application and helping me get everything installed correctly.

A genuinely fantastic company that clearly cares about its customers.

I ordered a pair of struts for the back box on my Motorhome on next day delivery. They arrived spot on time.
I had a slight problem with them and rang last thing this afternoon and the chap I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. They’re sending me another pair straight away.

Dylan at StrutsDepot tried his best to source a pair of Gas Struts for a 1997 SLK 230.
Whilst the Company stock a huge range of struts, none fitted such an old car.

Ordering and delivery was easy and prompt, when there was a problem with the strut not quite fitting Dylan in Customer Service went above and beyond to resolve the issue, emails were replied to almost immediately. The service and product are top class cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Placed my order on-line. Experienced a minor fitting issue. A couple of emails and issue resolved. Great price, good product and exceptional customer service..

Needed a new gas strut for a garden bench where the seat part lifts to store wellies etc. Although new, the strut did not work.
Found this company online and emailed a request for help.
A very helpful Dylan emailed back, requested a photo of the broken unit and promptly emailed the spec of the required replacement.

I originally phoned and got no answer, then I realised I was before they had opened. However, I received a call and the person I spoke to answered a few questions I had and confirmed the struts I would need for my vehicle. They arrived quickly, they were spot on and also easy to fit.

Slow, frustrating Customer service. 7 emails and still haven't got a price. Do yourself a favour and order from someone else.

Good quality struts. Despatch and tracking information sent. Delivered quickly. A very professional outfit.

First class service and support from the team. Rang to confirm model query and they answered with good knowledge. Then I placed an order but mis read advert and ordered 2x units but they come in a pair so I wanted to return 2x struts.
Straightforward painless job to return them and I was credited immediately once they received them back.

visited the guys today as i needed new gas struts for an ottoman bed ,they took the strut matched it for size and fitting then adjusted the pressure as mine was slightly higher than the stock item, they are so helpful and customer focused , cant recommend them enough . and it fitted and worked perfectly

Excellent product and extremely prompt delivery service

Great service from StrutsDepot for my first order. I ordered Stabilus struts for my Hyundai i10 rather than a cheaper unknown brand from eBay. My opinion is they were worth the bit extra for a known brand as I'm very pleased with how they function which is perfect. Very pleased with the fast delivery so highly recommend StrutsDepot as a 5 star company.
