Royal Mail messed up my delivery, Struts Depot immediately arranged replacements even though the problem was not caused by them. Very impressive customer service. Should I need struts again, I know where to go!

I ordered some struts on line which arrived quickly.
When I went to remove the old one I found that it had only become loose rather than being broken as I had thought. Realising that the company was less than 3 miles from me I returned the unused struts in person and was delighted that they were accepted and was refunded. Very polite and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and use in the future. Many thanks.

Ordered gas struts for my Lexus this week which were over £100 cheaper than from the main dealer.
I was able to track my order which came promptly, the quality looked good and with the instructions i was able to change the struts in under 15 minutes!

Ordered a pair of struts to replace the knackered ones on the bosses Volvo XC60. Placed the order in the afternoon with standard postage and the struts arrived the next day. Get in!
Fitted in a jiffy = one happy boss!

We bought a nearly-new Bailey motorhome recently and was disappointed to find that the 350N gas struts installed by the manufacturer to hold up the bed base and mattress simply weren't strong enough to secure it safely. Unless held up by a second person whilst accessing the storage space underneath, there was the risk of being crushed under the bed base as it dropped under the weight.

I did some research online to find stronger struts of the same size, and found that StrutsDepot offered some compatible ones of a higher strength (450N). I contacted StrutsDepot for confirmation that these would fit and David got back to me by email to say that although he couldn't advise on the strength required for my specific situation, these were the correct sized ones to order.

Once the struts arrived and I fitted them, I realised that the 450N ones still weren't strong enough to hold the bed up safely. I contacted David for advice and suggested that I may need to try 650N ones instead. He kindly sent me return instructions and said that the StrutsDepot team would upgrade the struts for free to 650N and send them back out to me. They arrived within a few days and they work perfectly!

I needed a gas strut for my storage bed but wasn’t sure which one was correct. On emailing the company, David got back to me with numerous replies until he established which one I required. He was brilliant!

Ordered a set of struts for my daughters polo as her's were leaking and we were having to hold the boot up. The struts were well packaged and arrived in great time via Royal Mail.

Having purchased a pair of gas struts from Struts Depot in August 2024 for our coffee trailer we discovered that for some unknown reason they had failed (May 2025). After contacting Struts Depot and explaining our discovery we received a very quick response from David. Straight away he offered to replace the struts and we received them three days later. Absolutely superb service from what seems a great company who know how to look after their customers with outstanding warranties on their products. Highly recommend Struts Depot, will definitely be shopping there again in the future!

The struts for my Skoda arrived quickly but I had ordered the wrong part number. The return and refund was very easy and handled fast. The response and customer service from David was excellent and much appreciated.

I'm taking the time to post a review because I have received such excellent service from Struts Depot. I had ordered a pair of struts for my Honda Jazz last year, which were easy to fit and were working perfectly. But after about 10 months they began to fail and started making a noise. I contacted Struts Depot and David confirmed they came with a 3 year warranty and promptly arranged for a replacement pair to be sent out to me, which arrived within a few days.
The company doesn't ask for reviews, doesn't make a fuss and doesn't claim to be "award-winning" like so many other businesses. They just stick to the basics and give first class service. Highly recommended.

I bought a set of rear struts for my daughters hyundai i10 and must admit I wasn't expecting much...
Having bought 2 sets of struts for my Corsa D from Ebay and both sets failed to fully lift the rear hatch fully, but to my surprise they fitted and worked perfectly.
So I ordered myself yet another set for the Corsa and I'm happy to say they fit and work brilliantly and for less than £20 you can't go wrong.
Should also say how easy the website and ordering was, not to mention the delivery within a couple of days..... all in all a great company to deal with.

Brian was very responsive and quickly resolved my issue. I purchased a pair of boot struts from them but the struts get stuck halfway, so they replaced them for free.

Trusted company. Great prices. I bought a Volvo C30 about 2 yrs ago and one of the original Stabilus struts had just gone this week, hence needed to replace the pair as tailgate wouldn't stay up (bit of an issue when all your kayaking equipment goes in back). Ordered from Struts Depot and got them within 48hrs, with a tracking number. Job done. Excellent customer service and email notifications. Use them for all tailgate struts etc. Would definitely use again.
