Edward Church and the team at Strutt and Parker went the extra mile to keep our house purchase on track. The team were super helpful and always responsive. The result - after just one house viewing and a few months of patience and persistence, we are living in a beautiful house in a great location.

We instructed Sarah Cull from the Salisbury office of S&P to assist with the sale of a property owned by a company in administration (in respect of which we were the administrators. Sarah, Fiona and the rest of the team went over and above to achieve a sale at list price despite a number of hurdles that arose along the way including the original purchaser dropping out. Always on hand to answer queries in a quick, efficient and friendly manner, regular updates and overall absolutely fantastic service. Would recommend and will definitely be using again.

We have recently successfully sold our property with Strutt & Parker Salisbury, this is the 2nd home they have sold for us & having had an excellent experience the first time left us with no doubt they were the correct agents to use.

From the moment we met Sarah and some of the other staff at Strutt and Parker through seeing one of their properties it felt like they were invested in our journey to get the property we wanted, Even when we thought we weren’t going to get the house they were supportive and kept us in the loop at all points, We got our dream house eventually which was a dream come true and has changed our own lives personally, the whole process was well supported and professional throughout and we are happy to have dealt with such wonderful staff. Gina is one in a million. Always returning phone calls and texts promptly. Always very pleasant, determined, focused, driven and dedicated but not at all pushy. We have given Gina a new name, it's Tina Turner simply the best.

We sold our house through Strutt & Parker's Sevenoaks office and I just wanted the thank Andrew Harwood and his team for their hard work and excellence. We were on the market for six months through Covid and we had many ups and downs. Throughout it all Andrew gave great advice, kept us fully up to speed on progress and in the end we achieved a great result.

I withdrew my offer due to Agent Malpractice.

3. The agent Kathy Billing is professional, very helpful, considerate & efficient in her services to give us clear info and guidance in the process of finishing the tenant agreement. Meanwhile, she has been making good & relevant communications between us & the landlord so as to settle our enquiries and concerns about the rental apartment.
4. The company provides a team of polite, helpful & effective workmen & technicians to follow up our requests on the cleaning & repairing jobs of the rental apartment before and after our moving in.

The lettings Agent was professional, straightforward and helpful. Part way through the process of finding me new tenants and having no assistant, she contacted Covid 19. She worked from home dealing with me as a landlord and potential tenants wishing to view my house. Kathy Billing was at all times kind, courteous and considerate. I am grateful to her for finding a suitable family for my property.

As a rentee I have always been very happy with Strutt and Parker, Cambridge. They are very professional and efficient in dealing with any issues. The agent for my flat is always friendly and accommodating and quick to answer any queries.

Got shown around a flat that turned out not to be for us but the viewing agent Shirlie I must say was brilliant. Knowledgeable about the apartment, the area and developer. Tried to come up with solutions to our issues with the property without being pushy or unrealistic in her suggestions.

I recently had to decide which estate agent we would use to sell our 20 acre Farm in Ewhurst.
I had lived on the farm for over 15 years, and had converted the farm outbuildings into affordable units for letting.
We eventually chose Strutt and Parker, and right from the word go, Ken Roberts advised us to split the farm into four separate units, so that prospective buyers could either buy the whole farm or the separate units.

Splitting one title into four separate titles is a lot of work. We made good use of Strutt and Parker's mapping team who are land registry approved.
This made getting drawings a simple task.

We also used the amazing team at Strutt and Parker to produce a brochure showing the four separate units, which once published on the web sites caused a massive response, such that we were getting in excess of twelve viewings per day.

We were looked after by an experience team of property sales negotiators who handled all the viewings and dealt with the prospective purchasers.

Stephanie and in particular to Jackie who has a special relationship with the solicitors acting for both the seller and the purchaser.
Working together the team at Strutt and Parker, sold all four lots and dealt with lots of tricky questions to achieve total farm sold for the price they thought they could achieve from the outset.

I would not hesitate to use Strutt and Parker again.

After encountering several issues with the boiler and my landlord being out of the country, we opted to revert to Strutt & Parker for support and assistance.
Katie from the Lettings Team, did not only go above and beyond her own remit to accommodate all issues in a highly timely manner, Katie also brought a lot of reassurance and a phenomenal delivery of empathy and kindness, when my emotions took the best of me.
I commend and applaud Katie for her professionalism, efficiency and emotional intelligence.
Endlessly, the performance of a team is only a true reflection of its leadership.

Gina Simpson (Barnet office) was the agent for our recent house purchase in Hertfordshire. Gina was excellent from start to finish. She was very efficient organising viewings and very responsive to questions. The process was challenging at times, but she always helped to move things along and to expedite the conveyancing process.

We have just purchased our house which was marketed by Strutt and Parker's Winchester branch. I cannot stress enough how excellent the service we received was. Fiennes McCulloch in particular went above and beyond to ensure the process was as stress free as possible. Would definitely recommend.

Towards the end of last year I viewed and ultimately went on to buy a house in Hastings which was being marketed by Strutt Parker in (unusually) Canterbury. The sale/purchase was handled by Simon Backhouse at that office, who was superb, understood my specific issues and requirements and managed the difficulties of a somewhat long distance transaction so that I never felt anything was too much trouble for him. He understood everything, and gave me good solid advice. I felt myself to be very much in expert hands. (Caroline, who did much of the commuting to and from the viewings, was also a cut above). I would happily recommend this agency, and Simon in particular, to anyone selling or indeed buying a property. Good old fashioned, high quality service, albeit speeded up for the twenty first century.
