Yet another positive experience dealing with Stutt & Parker which gives me little reason to want to engage elsewhere. Consistently informed advice, high quality customer service, unflappability and patience.
If you want to extend your sales reach beyond your specific postcode i would particularly highly recommend.
A particular mention to Gina Simpson who represents her company impeccably and was highly professional throughout.

Excellent service from start to finish. Olivia has been amazing and quite frankly instrumental in facilitating our flat purchase.
She is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of properties and has been very helpful in putting us in touch with experts regarding certain areas to get quotes/reports/surveys etc.
Based on our experience I can highly recommend S&P and Olivia in particular as she has certainly been very accommodating and always going the extra mile to get things done.

Fiona and Sarah were excellent from start to finish, and after. You may pay slightly higher fees but will get what feels like a very personal and efficient service. Good advice throughout and they managed the process brilliantly

S&P understand the East Kent property market better than anyone. Simon and his team produced excellent property marketing material which showcased the property's best features. He was quick to communicate and quick to move things along to a successful conclusion. Quite simply an outstanding service - the best agent in Canterbury.

Really good experience with Strutt & Parker. Fai Nesari was very responsive when I contacted about a flat - she was very efficient in organising the viewing, was on time, and knew all the details when I asked for more information. Fai kept us in the loop at every stage, letting us know about key updates and I appreciated how profesional she was (very different to other agents I’ve worked with)

Philippa Ives at Ascot has been our property manager for nearly 13 years. During that time she has been exceptional to work with - always responsive, cheerful and helpful no matter what the issue or the dumb question I had. She helped co-ordinate the renovation of our house including painting and kitchen with all the various trades with minimal involvement from me. She always maintained excellent relationships with me and our tenants. We would not have had such a successful letting experience without her and help from the whole letting team at Ascot.

Sadly our experience hasn't been great with Strutt & Parker.

Here is some honest feedback about our experience!

1. Promises and deadlines for marketing our property were undelivered
2. The photo shoot was that bad we had to appoint our own photographer.
3. Once a viewing was booked we'd spend hours preparing our property to look its best and after the viewing we'd receive zero feedback.

This was on the selling side only.

Ref the purchasing

We were in a chain whereas both properties were marketed by Strutt and Parker. The vendors of where we were purchasing decided they couldn't find anywhere suitable after we'd spent £2500 on legal fees. If this was not bad enough we were even more mortified when Strutt & Parker willingly re-marketed the property just a few months later for £50k more without even consulting us first.

This will be costly to Strutt & Parker going forwards as we are property developers in the area, and they could have generated a lot more business from us, however we have gone with another agent who will be selling 5 properties for us in the first instance.

Sophia and Sharnie from Strutt & Parker in Suffolk were exceptional in working with us to find our country house and then get the purchase over the line. Their local knowledge and understanding of the properties we saw was the best I’ve experienced from any agents around the world. With an overseas vendor and in the middle of a covid lockdown they proved excellent brokers and the sale wouldn’t have happened without their input. I hope we are in our house for a long time but if I was ever to sell or looking for something new then they would be my first call, highly recommended!
