Polite & helpful sales team

Bought some sandals for £119 - don’t like how they looked on me so returned them. I was refunded £115.05 - I also had to pay for returning the item which cost me £5.99 this part I kind of accept and swallow, yet still believe a free return policy would be better. But to be sent less than I paid after I had already paid £5:99 for delivery seems like daylight robbery!

I’ve bought a number of items from Stuarts online and the service is consistently excellent - same day dispatch, quick delivery and great discount codes that almost always mean they’re the cheapest around. Thanks and I’ll continue to be a customer 👍🏻

I’ve generally
been sceptical, if not reluctant, to buy clothes on line mainly for the reasons of not being able to try the goods on and then the hassle of returning them if they don’t fit. But now having discovered Stuarts of London I’ll never hesitate again; and the reasons are thus: first of all they didn’t have my required size so they sent me a notification saying that they’d sent the next size up, and that I could return them using their free of charge service if I required a refund. As it happened the size up from the size I wanted was one size too small! I was then provided with excellent customer service by the lovely Madison who, via regular email, kept me informed of how best to go about getting what I wanted as the size I wanted in the original colour choice was not in stock. After getting sent links to the choices I had, I was sent the returns label and all turned out well in the end as they say.
The fact that a few of the ace faces from the Cardiff city Soul Crew were photographed outside the store while on an away day trip to QPR while all this was going on made me realise that I’d not only discovered a cool store, but also one with a reliable returns service and excellent customer relations to boot!

I purchased some sunglasses approx mid September but they recently developed a fault, I contacted customer service who said that they only cover faulty items for 6 months after purchase,however they said they’d contact the brand directly to askif they could do anything, within a week I’d been contacted by Stuart’s who said the brand would replace them,I was sent a free label to return the faulty item and received a replacement within a few days, the customer service I received from Madison was excellent, I’m very happy with the service

The website was user-friendly, making the entire purchase process effortless. What impressed me was the customer service – my email inquiry was answered quickly and helpfully.

My order was dispatched immediately, and the item arrived exactly as described, perfectly packaged. I couldn’t ask for more! Will be ordering again.

Had to arrange an exchange on a pair of jeans, very helpful customer services. I have not experienced any issues on a number of purchases.

Quality goods and they provide excellent customer service- I had an issue with Royal Mail’s tracking service and contacted Stuart’s, who immediately responded with a detailed tracking history, including estimated time of delivery. Above and beyond. Have used this company before and will continue use to do so.

Did not receive order, had to chase with courier firstly and then Stuart’s, customer services guy is unprofessional and unconcerned about helping customers resolve issues. Will not be taking the chance of ordering from them again. Be warned.

You replied saying it was delivered - it wasn’t. You’re effectively saying that I’m lying, won’t be a returning customer, hope this helps.

For me its the customer service that sets this retailer apart. They’re helpful and responsive. Nothing is too much effort. I needed to exchange a pair of shoes for the next size up and they were super helpful and processed the exchange without delay.

For some reason I couldn’t complete my order online but the shop took that over the phone and I had the goods in 2 days.
The Barracuta G9 is a beautiful garment and the Sanders chukka boots are really superb quality. Nice Barbour bag too.
I really like their range of products and could easily spend hundreds there.

I had problems with Royal mail,they held the the return delivery,the guys just sort it out for me everything.

The company which you can trust!

It was the friendly manner of their staff because a 7 on other clothing sites is a XXXL so as soon as I saw the 7 I automatically paid for it then when I looked my order again I saw a XXL and I panicked but 9am that same morning I told them of my mistake and then the next day delivery was a XXXL.

So I just wanted to say a massive thank you to them and to everyone connected to Stuart’s Clothing that is for sure and the Limited LaCoste Trackie I purchased is just so beautiful and I would definitely highly recommend you buying it as it only comes in a Navy and white collar and bottom of the arms is also white.
