Jurassic James was super with the kids. To keep 16 5 years olds entertained for an hour is no mean feat. They loved the experiments and so did the adults! Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous science party for all ages!!
Our daughter's Sublime Science party was fabulous!! The party host was really engaging with the kids, made silly jokes and kept it all really good fun, but also taught us all a few things! We had kids from 4 to 9 years old and they all loved it.
The experiments were fun for the kids and they got to join in with most of them, from making different sounds and learning where the sound came from, making their own sherbet to eat during the party, relay races with spinning liquids and their favourite bit making slime with silly names like minion poop and smurf snot.....they just loved it all and a few kids have already said they want a science party next time!!!

Do NOT hire them!
Well, the entertainer for our party rocked up 50 minutes later than he was meant to! Apparently he turned up at the wrong address. Apologised briefly, shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do about it. We had 20 kids who had been running around the place, trying to amuse themselves for nearly an hour before he arrived; the result was a group of overtired, hungry and really difficult to control crowd! The ‘experiments’ themselves were not anything to ride home about. The entertainer had only 10 minutes to set up when he normally would have taken half an hour.
Kids were fed late as a result, party finished late and we only had 20 minutes to clear the hall afterwards.
Absolutely do not waste your money on this company!!!

First class event - no more Soft Play!
What did you like best? The whole experience! First Class from start to finish. Although most of the children were 5 years old, Nathan was able to grab/hold their attention for the entire duration - not an easy task with 17 of them! The experiments were explained at their level of understanding. Seeing the pride and joy in their faces when they made their slime was priceless. All parents in attendance were very impressed and the children (who left with your unique party bags) could not stop talking about the party. A fantastic day/event, not sure how I can match it moving forwards!
Sublime Science office team had great communication throughout and very accommodating - no question was problematic.

If you live in the central belt of Scotland, don’t even think about it. Apparently there is only one presenter available and is only here as a student. So for the entire summer no one is available. No holiday cover for the months of the summer. Says a lot about the company attitude to Scotland.

Jeremy the scientist/magician/presenter/entertainer was absolutely marvelous. We had loads of 4-5 year olds, and some unruly members but he kept them all captivated and remained enthusiastic somehow.

Great experience from booking to party. The whole team at sublime science were really helpful and responsive and made the planning process easy.
The party itself was great and was as interesting to the parents as the kids! There was a huge range of experiments covered in the time and it kept the kids engaged throughout.

Non-stop fun packed, brilliantly organised and presented
Absolutely brilliant. As one kid said afterwards "I didn't think it was going to be THAT good". There were no duff sections at all - it was non-stop fun and lots of great stealth-learning too. Communication was excellent right from enquiry to the day of the party. 'Atomic Alex' had 12 seven year olds enthralled and was the perfect mix of fun and crazy and firm when required. He even remembered the children's names throughout the session. The rocket experiment was an absolutle highlight. I'll be honest - we thought this was an expensive option for a party when we booked but I can say it was definitely worth it.

Such an amazing party! So much fun for all!
The presenter was so good, she kept my son and his friends engaged during the party. They all got so excited with each experiment (6 and 7 year olds + 1 10 year old who thought it was really good too). They loved the rockets they were the brilliant. The parents where enjoying it too and loved it. There were lots of giggles and even on a very cold January afternoon while we were outside - none of the children / parents wanted to go back inside.
The whole experience was really good.
The booking was good, I really appreciated the telephone call chatting through my options and making the bookings. The emails were very informative, but a lot of words to wade through and as a busy mum the UI/UX of the emails sent out / website could be improved.
However - the actual event was so fantastic!
I had so many lovely comments and feedback from parents that it was the best party ever. I mean wow.
Even though not everyone loved the sweet making or the slime, the certificates, the rockets, the ball / leaf blower, Plasma Ball they loved it. And really the boys are still talking about it. (2 weeks on)

Harry was an amazing entertainer
Harry was an amazing entertainer - he kept the children’s attention the whole time and had a wonderful way of communicating with them. Birthday boy (my son - 7) had a fantastic time and felt really special as the ‘assistant’! The experiments were interactive, very fun and it was not only laughter inducing but educational!

I can’t rate this party highly enough! To keep 12 autistic children happy and engaged is a challenge, yet Ibrahim made it look easy! All the children, and parents loved it.
Ibrahim went out of his way to make the birthday boy feel special and include all the children in the experiments.

Wonderful! From beginning to end. The children were just mesmerised throughout. The presenter was exceptional and worked wonderfully to woo the crowd of potentially very easily distracted 6 year olds. The children, and their adults, were interested and enjoyed the really interesting and fun experiments. I highly recommend. Sublime Science offers a different kind of party!

Manic Mell was amazing! She was at my son’s birthday party and kept all kids and parents busy. It was really interesting for all of them. I highly recommended their work because it’s important the kids to learn through play. And believe me after 2 hours with these amazing scientist your kids will be into experiments :)

Not number 1 UK entertainer
My party was in a hotel. The hotel requested a PAT certificate. PAT certificate indicate that all their electric equipments are checked and safe. They do not provide PAT certificate. The hotel asked to cancel the party but because it was too late and I have paid they replaced thing with the most boring stuff to entertain children . They are not number 1 in UK as they claim .they are very expensive.

We reached out to the hotel on your behalf to try to resolve the situation, they advised us that they did not know until 3 days before the party that we would be the providers of the party and due to their policies, they require all equipment to be PAT-tested. Since our equipment is new, well-maintained, and regularly checked by our presenters—as legally required. PAT testing is not a legal requirement.
To create an exceptional experience for you 3 days before your party was due, we included premium content not normally part of the gold package, making your party fully customised with unique elements that no other Sublime Science event has offered before. We’re sorry that this still didn’t meet your expectations. We understand that you were disappointed and, as you mentioned previously (when we attempted to adjust the modules ahead of the event), planned to leave a 1-star review. largely due to the removal of the smoky rings and leaf blower to comply with the PAT testing policy and the removal of the sound module at the hotel’s request.
Thank you again for your feedback. We had sincerely hoped that the personalised customisations, which included the additional premium content we discussed, would add an extra layer of enjoyment to your event. Our goal was to create a memorable, one-of-a-kind experience for your budding scientists.

Great fun, would definitely recommend
We were really pleased with how our party went. We had some lovely comments from a couple of the kids (via the parents). The experiments were visual, fun and the kids could get involved.
I was a bit unsure when I read some of the negative reviews but I'm glad I ignored them as our presenter Dan (south Manchester) was fantastic and did really well engaging all the children.
Sublime science were easy to contact and responsive so planning was straightforward.
