I ordered a Thermarest Xlite pad in a size regular/wide as a Christmas gift. On Christmas they opened the pad and found a used size small pad with the old style valve. Rather then send me the proper mat and honor the price they refunded my money. They claimed all of their stock was like this, yet the size regular/wide is still for sale on their site.
They screwed up Christmas and left me embarrassed for giving a used pad in the wrong size as a gift.

Bought a pair of boots from this company. Were not as advertised. Return policy is a nightmare. Even after calling them, they could only email me the same instructions on website. Will never do business with this company again.

I ordered a t -shirt I finally got it a month later. The printing on the shirt was poor quality. It came from some (Hispanic name) in Califfornia. There were skips in the ink wording on the shirt. Must have been silk screened in somebody's garage. I don't trust this outfit.

Ordered GE RPWFE refrigerator filters and received unmarked, unboxed blank cartridges. They look like the blank cartridges the manufacturer puts in the refrigerator in place of a filter when they are shipped. Definitely not the filters pictured and advertised on their web site. Have filed a claim through Paypal. Only General Electric PRWFE filters work in my refrigerator due to a chip and these I can not use

I just bought a pair of running shoes from sunnysports.com, and I will not be a returning customer. First of all, I had low expectations, to begin with. The particular shoes I wanted were sold out on Amazon and on the Under Armour website. The website is obviously not nearly as good as amazon, but that is not why I am leaving this review. After paying $32 for FedEx shipping, I had to drive to FedEx to pick up the shoes. Once there I had to pay an additional $38 to FedEx. If this wasn't enough, once I opened the box, the shoes were a woman size 11, not a man's size 11. I initially thought I had made the mistake, however, I checked, and next to where I selected my size, was a size chart where all sizes were measured for males. In addition, the corners of the shoe box were damaged. I personally do not care, but I thought I should say something. This is just my personal experience, but I just wanted to let it be known.

After reading some bad reviews here, I hesitated to place an order from them. However, due to the sale price of the product, I wanted to give it a chance. And It worked perfectly! While I was placing my order, I added a note about my concern and customer service contacted me immediately via e-mail. Anyways, I got the correct item on time with a good customer service.

I was placing an order, it said free shipping, but at checkout it charged me anyway. I contacted customer service, they emailed me and said send the order #, price, and delivery address, and they'd deduct it. Like an idiot I placed the order, sent all the info, and they emailed me- NO FREE SHIPPING. That's so dishonest, and I'll be cancelling my order. I have a picture of the boots, and it says free shipping, but they WON'T honor their own words!!

Not helpful at all very dissatisfied with the product and even more so with the customer service, Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation. sunnysports is not a company worth dealing with , they’re customer service is atrocious beware of ms skylar m. Especially, disingenuous, lazy, and unhelpful, I will never again shop with these people

I ordered an Item on a big backorder from the store. I called a few times to check on the status. Each time they were very friendly and willing to assist me with the desired information. When I decided to cancel my backorder they were willing to do that too. Even sent me an email with a pdf of what they were canceling beforehand.

I never ordered anything from them and they accessed my credit card and debited money out fraudulently! I was looking at a bike on amazon from this company and then next thing I know they have taken money out of my account!
I had to look them up to even know what they are.

Company sold me an expensive Mountain Hardware Ghost Whisperer 2 jacket. The cheap zipper fell apart after a few uses and the jacket quality is very poor. I think this is common knowledge at this point.

Sunnysports refused to accept a return on the product and gave me a phone number for manufacturers warranty, essentially passing the buck.

DO NOT buy anything from this company. They are complete shi7e.

We ordered a pair of slippers from their online shop and received a confirmation email. The package did not arrive. We called them and they simply told us that the order was canceled because we did not reply to an email we never received from them. They were unfriendly and not willing to fix the problem. We will get our slippers from another shop and definitely not order again from this shop. Very disappointing service!

I originally left a one star review due to receiving the wrong size jacket. After calling and emailing them they corrected the issue and are now sending me the correct jacket with next day air shipping, my ski trip is saved! Thank you Joana and team for correcting this issue so swiftly for me, I really appreciate it!

Scam, don’t order. No address, phone. Could never trace them. I ordered 5 foldable universal screen amplifiers and after 5 weeks never received them. They send emails “it’s on the way” but never received. Afterwards, they stop responding, Found out they’re out of Hong Kong. Go elsewhere.

My first experience with this site was one of my worst with online retailers, and I would be hesitant to shop with Sunny Sports in the future. And this is a feedback I will relay to my colleagues and friends as well.

I had ordered a green bag (order# S2018102300231813749) and a black bag was delivered. After calling the customer service regarding this issue, I was asked to ship the bag back and then wait for a green one. I would expect some discount if nothing else when a customer is inconvenienced.

I explained that I need to bag for travel plans I have within the next 5 days and expected a new bag to be shipped while the old bag is being returned. I was told that this would not be possible and the best you could do was to ship a green bag as soon as you receive the notification that the package has been picked up by UPS.

I had to call yesterday to let the customer service know that UPS has picked up the package already and the customer service rep saw that and said they will proceed with shipping the green bag and I will receive an email shortly. However, I haven't received this tracking email yet and I am concerned that I may not get the bag in time for my trip.

I am considering ordering the same bag from Amazon now so I can get it in time for my trip, and return the bag from sunny sports

It was quick, simple, user friendly and reliable shopping.
Shipping was very quick and all goods are delievered very well.
Highly recommended.

Ordered a backpack late Friday evening on line and then decided on Saturday that I wanted a different color. Sent an email to customer support asking if they could help. On Sunday morning, I received a response that they made my change, free of additional charges. Received the backpack on Tuesday morning UPS (free shipping). This may be my best on line shopping experience ever!

Really friendly service! Got a North Face jacket for less than half of the retail price elsewhere. Can't wait to buy from them again.

Tried to use sunnysports "Best price guarantee" and "create your own package" a couple different times. after months no one has ever got back to me.

I can only imagine how frustrating it would be if you had to return something to this place... chance of ever getting your money back is probably around 0%
